AltSmoke — Local services in Mifflin Township

I used to be a regular at this store but they’ve let some things go and I had to remove some stars for that. They are constantly out of coils and their display cases look half empty (they space their mods far apart to try and make the cases look full but it doesn’t work). They have stopped selling the cheaply priced starter kits and instead sell box mod starters that are double the price. I wanted to get a pen device for a friend so he could ease into vaping but they don’t carry them any longer. On the opposite end they have a great liquid selection and most of the time the staff are cool. There are some who think they are elite with their two hour builds and special coils that they like to show off, but I think most vape shops have that. The prices are reasonable and the staff have good knowledge but aren’t always willing to help, especially customers who are new to vaping (not speaking about my experience but what I’ve seen with others). Go back to carrying a good selection of equipment like you used to. Go back to treating every customer the same. Oh and one more thing, the machine gun clip mod is not going to sell. It’s been in that case for years and is just ridiculous. Cut your losses on that. It looks like a toy but god forbid someone carry that around in public. It will induce panic. No serious vaper is going to use that ugly oversized...

I LOVE this Vape shop!! I normally go to Vaporfi in Gahanna, which I love & closer to my house but Altsmoke has a few more perks I really enjoy. First off, their selection of juice, vapes, mods, edibles, accessories, brands and a selection of disposable vape brands & flavors l have never seen at another vape shop before. Second, they have TONS of vape juices out lined all the way down the juice bar for you to smell/taste to try before buy. Third, the taller gentleman with the full beard (didn't catch name) is SOO friendly, knowledgeable & has fantastic customer service. I had a Mr. Fog disposable that was defective and next day he let me exchange to something else with no issues & provided honest feedback to my questions about the brand, which I sincerely appreciated. Lastly, its huge inside with a full juice bar, products line both walls, merchandise area, clearance area & across from that is checkout and glass casings that have tons of disposables & diff items for sale, they are consistently cheaper even if by a few bucks with tax than surrounding vape stores They have a pool table, big wall mounted TV, couches with sitting area. First experience with the store in gahanna. I was running behind on errands one Sunday and drove to alt smoke to pick up a battery for my vape. Upon arriving in the shopping center I noticed some stores did not have a sign above them and the address on Google was not giving me the exact placement of the store in the shopping center. So with about 15 minutes left before the store closed, I called asking where I could find them. The employee then gave me the wrong direction to go (to the right of kroger and hallmark, aka his right, not my left facing the store) so finally I found the store, told him I would be right in. Walked up, the door was looked at 6:58. Told me sorry we are closed. So it's apparently my fault for the store not having a sign in the window when their sign is not above the store, my fault for the employee not knowing a sense of direction, and my fault that the employee closed 2 minutes early. LOL, I'd take my business elsewhere, they could care less...
