I did not eat here. However, this location could have prevented my terrible Buffalo Wild Wings experience. I'm not sure whom is at fault? All of us, the app, particular location?
Last Monday, I was in Cincinnati at Jake Sweeney near Sharonville for an oil change. I live about 45 min east of Cincinnati. I had an abundance of points from ordering and a reward from our last trip to BBW in Portsmouth, where I attended college. Another hour east of where I live. I ordered from the Milford location on the app as I left Sharonville. When I arrived at Milford, they didn't have anything. I showed a girl the order. It was at another location. She wasn't familiar with. I asked what my options were, and I didn't get much. Cancel and reorder from that location. I would have loved and been grateful for that. No help on their part whatsoever. Fine. It's my fault. I wasn't diligent in checking beforehand. I called the store, where I placed the order. Downtown, Clifton! I asked her if I could have my order moved, canceled, etc. She said it would take up to two weeks to see my return in my bank. I honestly didn't have extra to be throwing around, worried if I'd end up sending it to a third location. I only ordered bc of the free sandwich, in addition to my order. The perks of the app! I opted to drive down and go ahead and even placed another order bc I had to now think of my whole family for dinner. The girl downtown had absolutely no sympathy. I was driving 45 min to another location, even farther from my home. I called again to inquire about parking, making sure my order was, in fact, there. I was told it was, then it wasn't. I was a bother but I only didn't want to make another wasted trip. I went to my husband's BW3 profile and added, you guessed it, another order, still under my name Amanda.
By the time I arrived, paid for parking, and after finding my order from 5 pm, long dead when picking my 6pm order off, I was so ready to pay and get out of there. I asked for my coupon to be taken off, although I redeemed them on the app. No one knew how to do that. One girl walked away from me twice, saying "I don't know". The rudest crew I have ever encountered.
The manager finally came over and suggested next time I come in and order so the coupons can be taken off...he doesn't mess with the app? This could have been resolved on one of my many calls to that location. Milfords manager could have communicated with downtowns. Seriously? If I was coming downtown spending $30 I would not have came to BW3's. There are so many amazing spots with similar price points. Lesson learned. It seems I can't use the app ¹ aren't even sure what it entails? The app is what brought me in.
I ended up spending $40 on something I only ordered bc I could keep our...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered from the Milford Ohio store on 06/29/2025 during dinner time off of the AP. We ordered two orders of the twenty piece traditional bone in wings and fries for 19.99. I ordered three different sauces and clicked the "sauce on the side" toggle on the screen. I have ordered these wings and sauce on the side many times from this location (usually via uber eats). We came and picked them up and the fries were on the top so we didn't check the order when we picked it up. We got home and the order was chicken nuggets and some other kind of chicken product with the sauce on the chicken. This isn't what we ordered so I called the manager at the Milford Ohio location. Stacy (Stacie?) answered the phone. Asked what the deal was and I explained it. She went to look for our order and I offered the ORDER number since that would be an obvious aid to anyone thinking logically. She let us know that "That wasn't going to help" in a tone that would have left her unemployed by most companies. She found the order finally and insisted we bring the prepared food back, which was no problem, but the way it was relayed inferred we were running some kind of scam or something. Stacy advised the remade order would be ready in 15 minutes. 37 minutes (and a 20 minute wait in store later) and the order was ready. There was no offer of a "comp" or "refund" after tying 85 minutes of my evening up (original order time, travel to pick up and return home, return to store, wait while they remade the order, and then return home) on a Sunday due to THEIR mistake. I do not expect anything for free but you would think the proper thing to do when an error is made is: A: apologize B: be professional C: prioritize a remake someone had to drive to pick up D: offer something to assuage the irritation of having to waste all this time, gas, and energy because of someone else's error. The attitude of the manager wasn't professional and the entire experience was less than acceptable. To be fair the remade order was outstanding and would've been worth the extra 20 minutes past the promised time if it was the first go round. Since it was the second go round the luster was lost. I experience zero joy in leaving bad reviews for any entity, but the lack of professionalism by the management there, in both their attitude when addressing the original complaint, and then failing to prioritize the "remake" after a pick up time was proffered, more than warranted some public...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell...I used to give this place 5 stars, but they've recently changed a few things and it's definitely noticeable. Today, I arrived at 12:05 for lunch and I have an hour break for lunch. The first thing I noticed is that they now have a sign when you come through the door encouraging you to find your own seat...maybe a hostess salary is too much? Either way, I found myself to the bar area hoping that someone would see me sit down. I sat down and waited for 10 minutes until the bartender finally told me he would help me in a second. He never came back. Then a manager came over and asked if I'd been helped...nope, not yet. She took my order and got me a drink. This was around 12:15. I ordered 15 boneless wings, that's it. 30 minutes later I still had not received my food, never saw the manager again, and never did have an actual waiter or waitress assigned to my table. I started to stand up to leave because I had to go back to work and, of course, that's when the manager started bringing out my food. Unfortunately at this point, I had to leave to go back to work. I asked her to get me a box so I could go back to work and even mentioned that I had been in the building for 40 minutes before I ever received any food...and they weren't even that busy. Needless to say, I'm now sitting at my desk, eating my wings that I paid full price for (no apologies given or discount for waiting so long)...and my wings are raw. They aren't even cooked. Wow. So i just paid $15 for the privilege to sit down in a Buffalo Wild WIngs and watch a basketball game...that's it. Really frustrated and I will not be coming back to this location. All of my issues would've been solved by having a hostess (like every other restaurant) that sat me down and assigned a waiter or waitress to me...unfortunately that is too difficult or expensive for...
