Gold Star — Restaurant in Milford

On Tuesday evening September 9th, 2025 at around 9pm we went through the drive through and ordered $12.38 of food. I gave the girl $50.00 got back $10.51. It was dark and I couldnt see the change. When I got home I realized what had happened! The receipt showed I gave her $20. She seemed very confused taking my order and forgot what it was when I got to the pay window. When I went back to fix the problem the place had already closed. I called the next day to report it and the man with an Asian accent was rude and said there was no extra money in the register. He obviously pocketed the extra money! You would think they would have cameras aimed at the registers! So basically I paid $40.00 for a 3way and fries! I reported it on the goldstar feedback page but haven't heard back from anyone yet. Be on your toes if you ever visit that location....

Very very disappointed in this location. Have been to many locations around the tristate area and by far this is the worst. Ordered my usual of nachos with Gold star chili and a small sweet tea. Ordered a friend a double bacon with fries. Got to The window they did not get the fries. Then handed me an itty bitty coffee cup with unsweet tea. Which I did not know till I got back to my desk. When I opened the nachos (in the smallest box i ever recd from any Gold Star) their were tiny pieces of chips very little chili. Smallest portions ever, didn't even cover the bottom of the tiny container. For as much as I was charged a full scoop of chili would have been nice. Tried to call the location 3 times to express my displeasure and no one ever answered adding to my frustration. Poor represention of the...

What a night! Who Dey special and the place was packed. The wait staff were overwhelmed. 5 or 6 tables were unclear. They were out of dishes, utensils and glasses. Staff improvised with take out supplies. A gentleman who was waiting for his order started clearing tables. The wait staff told him he didnt have to do that. But, he continued on, in a genuine care for the staff. When it cleared out a bit, a staff member began clearing tables. He said, "Oh no, I've lost my job". As he sat down, the entire restaurant erupted in applause. What a humble and kind man. In a half hour calm had taken over and the gentleman and his wife finished their meal and went to pay.
