Very disappointed! I'm here at Mint with friends and we had enjoyed coming here since Koto had closed and it's hard to find a good sushi place. I'd like to think that I'm a reasonable guy and I ordered a roll that was different from the standard menu and my server said he'd check to see if they could make it.
Unbeknownst to me he delivered the roll, however the manager told the server to add an additional charge. Needless to say I was surprised to see the additional charge without my knowledge. I then asked to speak to the manager about the misunderstanding. If I would have know there was an additional charge perhaps I would have agreed or order something else, however the manager blamed the waiter. Although he should have come back and told me that there would be an additional charge the attitude of the manager came across as very arrogant and did not accept his level of responsibility to train them because I ask him if he trained them as his arrogant attitude was very evident.
After some time.. I received my bill and the additional charge was not removed. After talking to the manager about their lack of removing the charge he did not care about what had happened to me or to the waiter.
I will not be going back and it is my hope that this review will teach him that customer service and his responsibility to train his staff is important and there are other option and let him feel the pain and learn!

Been here twice, first time was great, second time was terrible for cost of restaurant.
Don't know the waiters name, but kept messing up our order. Barely showed up, very little talk, messed up the sizes and the kind of boba in our teas. Didn't really mind, wasn't a big deal. Asked for a large to go, gave us a small, told him it was wrong, but said "I already closed your check is a small ok."
Didn't really mind, didn't get charged. Asked for a large to go again, he went to get it but only after grabbing our tips. He wasn't a great waitor, only gave him like 5 bucks for hardly showing up. Very passive aggressively Asked for more, we didn't give more. Guy came back with out tea, aggressively put it down, stomped away, and low and behold. Wrong damn size again. Didn't even care at that point.
Great food, but I guess it just depends on the waitor.
(Edit): Went back in to bring it up to the owner. Very nice, fixed my tea and let me keep my small. Felt a little bad, tipped them the cost difference in the tea. Really good food, do recommend, hopefully no one else gets...
