Read moreI have been long lauding the A&W dbl bacon cheese burger as the best $ can buy at any drive through. Sadly, this location completely bastardized my order. If I were the owner of this location, I'd fire somebody. Cold burger with one onion ring and a mound of lettuce on a cold bun and room temp beef patty. Most people don't leave reviews, they just don't patronize the venue. Today once again made me think of those that fight for $15. Try earning the $8 to $10 you're paid now. Though I should be grateful for yet again discouraging me from fast food. Perhaps the /KFC merge is the culprit. Either way, I won't be back. I'm certain I'm not alone. Read moreThis A&W and KFC combo is a little disappointing. The line was outside the door and not for the food. Their was only one cashier trainee tending to the crowd. I don't blame him since he was asking for help but I blame management since he wasn't getting it.
The orders weren't being called out and there wasn't much effort being put from the kitchen. It should be a wake up call when guests are verbally complaining about the wait and are leaving because of it.
