I ordered a custom cake on August 31st to pick up on 09/4/2022 @ 11am. Mind you this was labor day weekend and the streets were closed off. It took me forever to find parking and showed up at 12. The young lady behind the counter told me my cake wasn't ready and the cake decorator wasn't there and would be back at 2pm. My party was at 1pm. She told me to purchase another cake at a discount and at this point I was desperate for a cake since the one I thought would be ready, wasn't. I purchased another cake and left. I get home 30 minutes later for them to call me that the cake was ready. I told them I couldn't pick it up because my party had already started. Concerned, I immediately took the dripping ice cream from my daughter and threw it away. I expected the server to replace it with another flavor given the uncertainty, but this did not happen. No longer makes malts, person couldnât speak English, ice cream now almost 4.00 for kiddie size, ice crystals (old) on most ice cream in case.
