I had one of the top three burgers of my life here, just now. Everything was perfectly balanced. Not too loud, not too plain. It reminded me of old music, before digital engineering and autotune. Songs sounded so crisp, clear, and spacious. You could hear each instrument individually, and feel how they layered together in the mix. This burger was exactly like that. All of the ingredients were perfectly spaced out and flavored: the crisply chatted burger patties, the pepper, the cheese, the bacon, the caramelized onions, even the buttery, crispy bun… it all played together beautifully. I could taste each flavor distinctly. Nothing stepped on anything else. There was so much space between the flavors. The salad was delightful as well. It brought me back to a time in my childhood when my mom would make fresh salads for us with vegetables from her garden. It tasted freshly picked. The strawberries were a nice touch, as well. What a burger! Masterful work!

The Twin Crafts Bar is lovely for a hotel bar. The decor gives you a 1950's lounge vibe, and there is usually plenty of seating for a small group or room at the bar for a solo drink. They have a full bar but their specialty cocktails are my favorite, especially the Tiger-Go-Go, which is named after the bar that used to be at the old airport hotel. The food is also upscale bar food. We usually get a charcuterie plate and brussell sprouts to share with the group. The menu is digital but you have to order from the waitstaff who are typically friendly and knowledgeable.

Twin Crafts Market and Bar is the best pre-security option for coffee and quick bites at SFO. After an international flight and with a two-hour layover, I wanted to grab a coffee and enjoy plane spotting before re-entering security. Unfortunately, no such spaces exist within SFO proper, but this spot, just a short tram ride away, was a perfect escape. With ample seating, plenty of electrical outlets, and large windows overlooking the international terminal, it offers a relaxing atmosphere that feels like a world away. Highly recommended!

I have been here many times, mainly when I travel out of SFO. I’m so happy this place exists, because I usually stop by before heading to the airport. Also this place is 24 hours which is a place and great for passengers that arrive late. They offer many snacks, hot/cold items and a variety of beverages. The staffs here are well trained, very welcoming and listens to your needs. I tried many of their warm food selections which is worth the wait, and it does not bother me at all that I have to wait since I have high patience. They have recently upgraded their menu and expanded their options. I highly recommend this place to all passengers and to anyone looking for a quick bite. I definitely will be back to tryout other options they...
