Went to Arby’s half an hour before it says it closed (11 pm.) The service I was given over the speaker was quite frankly rude as hell, I apologized to the worker for ordering so close to their closing time, (not that close,) and the man (Michael) didn’t even say a thing and continued to deep sigh over the speaker and talk about how he would have to put together a machine again to make mozzarella sticks. I think it’s ridiculous as someone who works in a resteraunt, that you could treat a customer with disrespect even when your resteraunt is still open, and you just simply expect to do no work and still get paid. This isn’t just a one time thing too, this has happened previously before at the same location. Get better workers who actually do their jobs and treat customers with an ounce of respect and courtesy. Food...
Read moreOn a warm October night, my girlfriend and I decided to stop at Arby’s for an order of curly fries. We ordered for dine in, and were the only patrons in the establishment. I asked the gentleman at the register for a hot and fresh order of medium curly fries with a cheese cup on the side. It was our hope that a new batch of fries would be put into the fryer to fulfill our order, but unfortunately, we received a cold and dry batch of fries. Read moreThis evening I ordered two Arby's Supers (the ones with lettuce and tomatoes) when I got home and opened the bag I knew immediately something was wrong. I got two of what I can only call "sliders ". WTH, two tiny little things with barely anything in them. A few strands of lettuce and a paper thin slice of a small tomato with barely enough meat to call it a sandwich. Somethings wrong and you need to fix it. If you need to charge more to make your SUPERS super again, then do it, junk like what I got tonight makes you look horrible. Really...
