I absolutely loved Cori's creations from the first time I tried her pie at the farmers market. I went to the store's soft opening and it was amazing. Lots of customers waiting patiently in line, cute decor, and spaces to sit. The hand pies are my all time favorite, and they are even better when they are served warm, straight from the oven. I could eat 5 of her corn zucchini hand pies. The flakiness of the crust paired with the creamy warm filling is the ultimate portable comfort food. Dubai chocolate brownie collaboration with Aziza, it was tasty. But it seemed more like a Dubai chocolate fudge.. because the brownie was really soft and very rich.
