Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Milledgeville

Went to AppleBee's Bar & Grill, (Milledgeville Georgia) late on a rainy September nite. My ex & I were starving that nite since we had been going all day without eating ( hadn't had the time )anyhows Lol, there was no way that we were making it all the way home without stopping somewhere for some food 😃💋💬 Anyways We were SOOOOOO GLAD that we stopped at APPLEBEE'S BECAUSE 😙💋💬😛💋💬 THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY SOME OF THE NICEST, MOST FRIENDLY AND MOST PROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT MY EX HUSBAND AND I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED BEFORE. OUR WAITER CHARLIE WAS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST WAITERS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING. AS WELL AS THE RESTAURANT MANAGER OR GM. THE SPECIALS OR MENU ITEMS THAT WAS RECOMMENDED WHEN WE WERE SEATED AT OUR BOOTH, WERE LIKE 3 COURSE MEALS ALL FOR JUST ONE 📼$$$$$📼 PRICE. I HAD 😙💋💬 FOR MY 1ST COURSE 🍀🍴 THE HOUSE SALAD, WITH HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING🍴🍀 2ND COURSE 🍀🍴🍗 ASIAN BBQ BUFFALO WINGS, WITH BLUE CHEESE DRESSING & CELERY STICKS ON THE SIDE THEN FOR 3RD & FINAL COURSE 😃💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💬💬💬 🍀☕🍗🍴🍛🍴☕🍀 THE BOURBON CHICKEN MEAL 😘💜😍❤😘💚😍💙😘💛😍💜 AND PEOPLE LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS MMMM MMMM GREATTT APPLEBEE'S BAR & GRILL ALONG WITH APPLEBEE'S MANAGER AND HIS ⭐ EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF ⭐ AND ESPECIALLY 🍀🍴OUR WAITER 🍴🍀 ⭐💙 CHARLIE 💜⭐ All DESERVE AT LEAST ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THANK YOU APPLEBEE'S FOR A WONDERFUL MEAL AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN...

Second time I visited this Applebee's I ordered a draft beer. The beer was flat on draft again I ordered a steak sandwich the bread was hard and the steak and cheese. Was burnt . will never go back to this restaurant again. The server did not even know if their ribs or beef or pork I asked for the manager the assistant manager came to the table and asked what was wrong I told him the beer was flat for the second time I had visited there . our server and assistant manager. I asked him if it were pork or beef and he said I don't know I have to go check. I thought that the assistant manager should know his job and he definitely did not act as if he knew what to do. it was definitely a sign that he was not trained well or just did not care. He took $6 off half of the sandwich. I still spent $23 plus tip cuz it was not the waitress fault when she was not trained either. I would tell everyone not to go to this Applebee's. The food is not good and the assistant and server knew nothing about what was on the menu.

baby back ribs or beef or pork neither could waitress I have a food allergy of beef thankfully my friend ordered the ribs. When I told him the beer was flat. He said he checked the well on the draft beer and it was not to mention I ordered a beer in a bottle this place is awful I recommend do...

Would give a ZERO if possible! I am not the one to complain at a restaurant or send food back but I made it very CLEAR how I wanted my steak cooked and after waiting 45 minutes for the first steak - AFTER everyone else at the table had their food. They delivered my steak and it was soon overcooked it looked and tasted like a block or burnt rubber.

The waiter saw the steak and said "NO! - Let me send this back for you!". I then waited another 45 minutes for the second steak which came out not as overcooked but tasted like it was left over from lunch and was thrown back in a microwave and reheated. It had that infamous "REHEATED MEAT Taste" and was absolutely aweful!

At this point I just asked if they could just take it off of my ticket because I wasn't willing to wait any longer and at this point was beyond ready to leave.

I just don't see how you can overcook a steak not once but TWICE when it was not even the busy time of the night. Most of the people their were at the bar ordering drinks NOT food.

To top everything off, the manager only removed $8.00 from my bill - which wasn't even the full price of my meal. Because I had taken ONE TASTE of each steak!

ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! I guess it hendered them from being able to re-serve it to someone...
