Ticket# 88. Went there today. As I was trying to place my order, she kept talking to someone else and repeating to me a different order,,, lol... various times! Like, are you going to take my order or not? Hearing her a few times "can I take your order". Then asked me if I could hold, twice! At the window, I noticed it was a bit messy. Papers and boxes on the floor.... I saw 5-6ppl. I was told, chicken will be ready in 10mins and wait by the door. Did that. AC running, outside temp felt over 100°. Waited a good 25 mins, cars in and out from drive-thru. I'm thinking at this point, my chicken is being given to others while 5 cars and me waiting outside in this heat to get our orders and nothing. Till I went inside and still waited. I spent $50.00 for a 16 pc. 3 sides, and 6 biscuits. Once I got my order, I noticed the gravy was less than half, which I asked to place seperate from the mash,, , the bowl was half empty. I requested to add more cause that wasn't enough especially for a $50. order.... That was done...... They forgot the biscuits. Lucky I was still there and got it. Once at the house. Everyone grabbed and all the biscuits were hard as a rock!!! Nobody was able to eat that and I wasn't going back! The fries were a bit hard but passable to eat. Chicken and mash potatoes were great. Read morePut in an online order at 8:16 food wasn't ready when i got there around 8:30. I knew i should have checked my bag before i left. They gave me the wrong order. I had order # 60 on my receipt they have order number 61 and #62 taped on top of my receipt. THEY GAVE ME ORDER NUMBER 62. Called up there and the stank woman giving me attitude about messing up my order then when she finally realized she was wrong. (After i told her i got video and pictures and all three receipts she wanted me to drive back up there 15 mins b4 they closed to make it over. 😂😂😂 not with that nasty attitude u wont be touching anything of mine let alone some food i can't see u making) and then she blamed it on they young man who gave me my food at the window. Read moreI went to Popeye's today on October 10th 20/20 at about 5:18 pm. My order that I placed through drive-thru is $40.40 after sitting at the drive- thus watching an employee pass out candy. I was asked to pull up because they had to cook chicken. After sitting there more than 20 minutes and employee came out stating that it would be an additional 15 minutes because the chicken had just been dropped. I asked for a refund so the employee took my card inside and I sat there another 5 to 6 minutes waiting for her to return. After the employee had not returned with my card I got out and went inside to find out what was going on. The employee faded they was having trouble refunding my money they eventually did a refund to my car for only $25 and some change instead of the original $40.40. I was given $14.61 in cash which would bring the total to $0.10 short or the total amount that was originally charged my card.
