Most eventful bathroom experience ever!!!! I had just come from this amazing little antique shop in downtown so I went in the restroom to wash my hands. Turned on the faucet and the water pressure was incredible! Unexpected, too, such that before I could stop it the water shot out of the faucet, up the curved front of the sink and onto the floor, splashing my pants and feet along the way. Lucky it caught me low enough down that it didn’t look like I’d had an accident… Anyway I turned down the water to a normal level, lathered up my hands and rinsed away the globs of bubbly soap. After that of course I needed to dry my hands, but with no paper towels in sight, I went to use the hand dryer to the left of the sink. Shockingly, the air pressure on that thing was a match for the water pressure, blasting out with such power that the globs of bubbles, still resting in the sink from moments earlier, shot into the air and landed all over the floor! With a mess of bubbly water splattered all over the place, I left the restroom wondering how often the employees have to mop that thing… or how often someone walks out accused of wetting their pants. I’d like to apologize to the staff for this. We really enjoyed our...
Read moreUsually when I drive through/to Milledgeville GA, I order at the drive through window of Starbucks on 441, at Hatcher Square Mall. Yesterday, July 3. 2025, I entered the facility in complete shock at how filthy it was. The tables, chairs, floors, window were dirty and no one made an effort to clean it. It was hard to believe I'd been eating food and drinking coffee from this dirty place. I walked up to the counter and after a moderate wait, I requested something to clean the table and chairs with. I thought that would lead one of the three employees to come clean the areas. Surprisingly, she missed the opportunity to provide great customer service by handing me a wet towel for me to clean the table and chairs. I wiped down a table and chairs for us to complete a shortened meeting. Needless to say, we did NOT order anything from this dirty facility. This experience will definitely cause me to be more selective of where I consume a meal and this ain't it! Starbucks, drive through patrons are not your only customers! I can only imagine the area where the coffee and food are processed. Awful awful...
Read moreThe two stars are strictly selfish. I got tired of waiting. The coffee is same as other Starbucks but I have been there 3 times in last two weeks amd each time the line was clear around the entire building AND clear down one line of parking. (Probably a total of 20 cars -- and at a variety of times of the day.) It takes so long to get coffee that it isnt worth it to me. However, I parked last time and went in. This location is just slow compared to what I am used to in most areas. Clearly this franchise makes money given that long of lines and at the variety of times of the day but if I was of a mind to buy a franchise, clearly Milledgeville could use another drive-thru location. (The Kroger location is not drive thru and doesnt use the online ordering, even though the online system indicates it does. I learned that the hard way, having paid online with my points and had to pay CASH again when I...
