I feel like I have a mixed review when it comes to Panda Express. It was so so. Not the greatest, but definitely not the worse. My food was ok, my boyfriend didn’t like it at all. The food isn’t so much of the problem as one of the employees was. The lady that was on the drive thru speaker was nice. The guy that took my money and handed me my food was a different story... he half way opened the window and hung out of it, all while joking around with whoever he was talking to inside. My biggest pet peeve of all, he did not hand me my change... instead, he threw it in my bag! I mean, WHO DOES THIS?! So I had to pull over, to get my change out of my bag, because I believe people do make mistakes, it’s natural, it’s human, it’s going to happen. I’m one that likes to count my money to make sure it’s correct. I’ve never had someone just throw my money and change in my bag... that was such a turn off for me. My boyfriend said that he doesn’t want to go back, and as much of a joke as that guys job seems to be to him, makes me not want to return either.. Something else that bothered me, we put in the Milledgeville location on the Panda Express app, just to see what all they had, before we went to town. There was a steak and shrimp item that was on the app, that they didn’t have in their store, which disappointed my boyfriend, because that’s all he wanted. So that was another downfall. I understand it’s new and the employees are still learning their jobs. I know they will weed out the bad ones over time. But until they work their kinks out, I think I’m just going to eat elsewhere. I do believe in giving second chances and will try again in the future, once they have a couple of months under...
Read moreThe Panda Express in Milledgeville, Ga tried to charge me $2.30 for a Cup of Water after telling me they didn't have any bottled water to sell me about two weeks ago when I stopped by for lunch in the drive through. I'm not going to pay for water coming out of the tap, that is ridiculous. I was very upset when the lady running the drive through that day told me such and it caught me off guard. To charge someone for asking for a cup of water after telling me they don't have any bottled water for sale was inexcusable. I would hope management there reads this and educates their team better. I'm ok paying $.25 cent for the cup to cover costs of the cup like a few other fast food style restaurants do, but to charge me the price of a complete soft drink isn't ok. The food was fine, but some of it didn't taste fresh. The thing with eating at Panda is if the food is fresh it is really good, but if it isn't it is just ok or tolerable. I really enjoy eating at other Panda Express locations across the Southeast as I travel a lot for work, but the one in Milledgeville is one of my least favorite locations and my last trip there may have put the final nail in the coffin if they don't make...
Read moreI’ve never ate Panda Express so any of my criticism goes directly towards the chain restaurant itself. Nothing to do with the location or customer service. I would like better options as far as choosing whether or not I want vegetables in my noodles or rice. The food was actually pretty good (minus the egg roll, it just wasn’t my favorite). I wouldn’t go out of my way coming here unless I was craving the walnut shrimp or another choice of meat you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Because they don’t serve general tsos nor sweet and sour, I would rather go to Hibachi Express. A whole better experience and never disappointed. Panda Express itself could use some improvements. I would like to think customers would want sauce packets in their bags as well. I didn’t see Panda Express having much to offer on that end. I also think the appetizers are overpriced. But I give this place a 3.5 star because the food was pretty good. If you’re familiar with Panda Express and you like Panda Express then you shouldn’t have any issues with this location aside from having a poor customer...
