Placed an online order and arrived at the time the app said to arrive. Extremely unprofessional server advised me that they were out of what I ordered. I went to get my phone from my car to ask my husband what he would like instead. Told the rude server, the rude back line worker yelled they didn’t have roast beef and I said to substitute ham. I waited another 20+ minutes; the manager brought my food. I was missing the soup I ordered so I got back in line. The rude server interrupted a customer ordering to ask me what was wrong. I said I was missing soup. She yelled back to the kitchen where they were all laughing. I asked to manager if he was a manager and he said he just got there he didn’t know what was going on. I told him that they should call a customer and let them know the food they ordered isn’t available since you have to give your phone number and email. He said they don’t get that information. The back line was laughing; I said it would have also been professional for him to offer to refund the difference of what I originally ordered and what I received. He said he didn’t know and tried to give me some change. I also told him his customer service was terrible and his server had a bad attitude. When I got home with the food one of the sandwiches was not what we ordered. I spent over 40 minutes and $54.45 for two sandwiches, a chicken Cesar and a bowl of soup. I could have had a sit down dinner that would have cost about the same and taken the same amount of time. The manager and entire staff that was working tonight should be written up and be made to take customer service training. I’m sure they all think they are underpaid; with the service and quality of food we received you can see how much they care about their customers...
Read moreMy wife and I went to this place for lunch, even though I felt they are very over priced. The service, much like the food, was terrible. It was at least 7-8 minutes before we were acknowledged and we were the only ones in line. The cashier was extremely low energy and had a bitter disposition. My wife ordered a garden fresh turkey sandwich which should have been called a drowned turkey sandwich because it was swimming in oil and vinegar. She only ate the two thin slices of turkey and left the soggy bread on the plate. My culinary nightmare began with a half a French dip and potato soup. The sandwich consisted of a thick dried out piece of bread that was complimented by two paper thin pieces of roast beef which were also dry and tasteless. No cheese ( I guess they forgot). The picture is NOT what they are serving. The soup was so watered down that it tasted like water and sadness. No salt, no flavor and no potato. There were three shards of cheddar and a piece of very old bacon on top, which contributed in no way to the flavor. Not to mention everything arrived at the table ice cold. So after paying 35 dollars to this disgruntled employee we recieved absolutely nothing of value. Save your money and eat somewhere,...
Read moreWorst McAlister's experience ever . Employees were slow and unconcerned with customers . They would walk in to work & instantly begin conversing with other employees while we waited . One guy walked in , fix him something to eat & took a bite while walking INTO THE KITCHEN (God forbid he dropped anything in the food while eating) . I ordered a hot sandwich which came out cold . The only thing remotely warm was the mustard . I asked if they could give me hot sandwich & the cashier informed me that they don't heat the entire sandwich but could toast it for me . While waiting on my sandwich more employees strolled in drinking their drinks & conversing . After watching it sit in the window for about 3 minutes they finally brought me another sandwich (roughly 28 min later) JUST AS COLD as the first . They took my fork when they took my first sandwich so when the second one finally came they brought no fork & I couldn't even eat my side of mac & cheese bc it was now cold from sitting there while I waited in the sandwich . Not to mention I received no napkins or anything else for that matter . They don't have to worry about me...
