A few weeks ago, I visited your Millville location. I sat for about 20 minutes without anyone offering me a menu or even acknowledging my table. The server, who I believe was Venezuelan, had a noticeably poor attitude. As a fellow Hispanic person, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy and respect. When I calmly explained that I felt the service was discriminatory and unprofessional, she just laughed, ignored my concerns, and walked away. My family and I felt so unwelcome that we left.

Today, I decided to give your Selbyville location another chance. At first, everything seemed fine the appetizers came out and the service was okay. However, once the food arrived, I saw a cockroach about two inches long crawling on the chairs, tables, and even near our food. At first, we tried to ignore it, but it eventually made its way right to our booth, crawled next to me, and went across our table. This was extremely unsanitary and made me feel sick to my stomach.

I immediately canceled the rest of my order and asked to speak with a manager, as Delaware health and food safety laws (Title 16, Delaware Code) clearly require restaurants to maintain a sanitary and pest-free environment for customers. The staff told me the manager was aware but never came out to address my concerns directly. Instead, they just gave us a 10% discount, which honestly felt like an insult given the circumstances.
