I started my shopping at a smaller non chain jewelry shop where the consultant/sales rep was rude and unhelpful. I have always had positive experiences with Kay’s jewelers so I thought I couldn’t go wrong here. Boy was I wrong, I should have looked at the reviews first.

The consultant, who was far from warm and friendly , asked me how she could help and then said nothing after I explained that I was shopping for an engagement ring for myself. Idk how most couples do it but with him in the military and away for training the easiest way was for me to find the ring and send him what he needs to purchase.

She pointed down at the rings encouraging me to look so I did, unsure where to begin or how it all works. The next words out of her mouth were “are you ready? Because we have two other customers” ????

After explaining that I was waiting for her to assist me she again just pointed down at the rings and said “pick one that you like”. As I looked at the rings and asked questions she proceeded to tap her finger nail on the glass impatiently....so I said thank you and walked out.

I truly thought this was supposed to be an exciting and special experience and was so disappointed by how I was treated.

Stopped by to do a ring exchange, We had already fallen in love with a ring they had from the Vera Wang line on sale. Rose was very nice at first with the whole process, but unfortunately the computer for exchange was not working” or so she claims it” Rose recommended for us to purchase the ring at this location for us to take it with us, since we live really far, and then stoped by our local Kay Jewelers to do the trade in. Now, the reason for the 1 Star is because we stoped in yesterday to ask about paperwork that I did not get from her, and notice she was being very rude and sarcastic. Rose even question us about “ oh, I see you returned the ring?” Of course we did, in order to do the trade in as advised by her we would return it and then complete a trade in for it. guess she thought I would keep Both pcs. She made the experience go from 4 stars to 1. Never EVER!! coming to this location..Im still in love with my new ring Next time I’ll just...

They'll do everything they can to sell you a ring but when it comes to getting it fixed, they do not help. They will swear that they mention about bringing the ring in every 6 months. I took my ring in not even a month after it was bought because the center stone fell out. Now that more stones fell out, they claim they have to charge because I didnt bring it in within 6 months. They never said that. My fiance worked so hard to get me the ring I wanted and now they wont fix it without charging. These women are rude, scammers and have poor customer service. Kay jewelers is clearly cheap jewelry if my stones keep falling out. Save your money. Go...
