Initially we drove to our favorite Filipino restaurant but unfortunately it was closed. But we still had a huge craving to satisfy. So we drove a few more minutes to Pinoy BBQ ATBP for the first time.
We arrived @ 1130 on a weekday and already there was a line out the door, which is always a good sign.
It's a fast food style restaurant with an entire wall adorned with Manny Pacquiao paraphernalia.
There are 2 small tables to dine in. But we took out orders to go. We ordered lechon kawali, beef caldereta and pancit.
The lechon was tender and juicy. The caldereta was the best I've ever tasted! The beef was tender and the sauce was the best. It had so much flavor. 😋The pancit noodles were stir- fried perfectly and had a good ratio of veggies and strips of pork.

It is also a very small place where they sell snacks with limited amount of seatings here. I don't think many people come here for breakfast but rather for lunch I think. It's my first time here and so I never tried other Filipino food here yet.
Based on what I saw from the reviews, the food looks authentic and they probably make good BBQ. Maybe, I should try theirs along with other dishes to see if they matches our Filipino food...
