This location couldn't possibly care less about it's customers. There are so many locally owned delicious pizza places nearby. Support local and receive some actual service!
Ordered online, tracker said driver left store, then delivered, per normal. Go downstairs and theres no delivery. Tried to call but no answer. They literally aren't answering their phones at all. I ordered almost a month ago and tried to call and add something to my order and was on hold for 15 minutes and just gave up.
Eventually end up going all the way to the store while still on hold to try and find my order. This has been a half an hour since it was marked delivered now. I've been on hold for 20 minutes. I walk inside and play the hold message for them and explain nobody is picking up the phone, and this isn't the first time this has been an issue with being able to get through. Tell them that my order is missing after being marked delivered. Manager doesn't even bother to say sorry just explains their internet is down and that's why their phones aren't working. For a whole month?! Them internet orders sure kept ringing in though. Then he looks up my order, makes a phone call and tells me my order was delivered while we were talking. 40 minutes after it was marked delivered. He explained the order was just dropped off and said nothing further. I asked him if he was going to bother to do anything for the experience and the manager looked me straight in my eyes and told me he would do nothing for me. Again, couldn't even be bothered to fake an apology.
It's clear that he couldn't care less that there was a problem so I asked for his manager's phone number. I called the number he gave me and it goes directly to a voicemail box that has not been set up without any rings. Now I'm getting really upset so I asked for his district manager's phone number and he gives me a phone number of some guy who has no idea what the hell I'm talking about and does not work for Domino's.
At best, this guy just lied to my face and gave me two fake phone numbers. At worst, their phones have been broken or turned off for a month now and they just don't want to bother to deal with customer issues so they accept orders but don't deal with anything else.
Spend your money somewhere that deserves it and actually provides channels of communication in case there's an issue and you need to be helped. This location will do...
Read moreI want to start off saying Nick is amazing and served us our order professionally and respectfully. Him and one other gentlman were the only ones who seemed to perform any work during the times I was inside this store last night. Which was about 30-40 minutes waiting for an order I placed 30-40 minutes prior to us picking it up. I have been coming here to this specific Domino's for 4 years as it right around the corner from my place, and never have I seen it get this bad. They were late in making my order when they are usually on time and I've rarely had an issue. But last night took the cake with group of workers blasting music that was definitely not customer oriented. With swear words and all. An overall lack of customer service came from one with flagrant disregard for performing the job and not a care in the world for getting the customer their orders. Telling each person he served that he didn't know what he was doing and could care less. All while eating food in the back where customers can see them. I'm open to altering this review in the future as I typically have enjoyed this Domino's. But the current night crew is overall terrible and that's when I usually go here. I'm all for understanding it's just a job and that you don't want to be there. But you took the job and you are there. Read moreI would rather eat glass than deal with what passes for customer service at this location. Placed an online order for delivery because it's my mom's birthday. Delivery driver arrived and called when he was out front. I met him outside and he brought the wrong order, and said our order "would make it's way to the house eventually." Tried calling the store. The number is a robot that won't transfer you to a real person. The order never showed, but it showed up as delivered on the app. I got in the car and drove to the store myself. The guy behind the counter was nice, I explained my issue and showed him my app. He offered to remake the order for me, fresh, and the manager told him not to offer things like that to people. My order had been sitting in a delivery bag, not even in the warming oven, and the pizza was gross. My order never left the store yet they had marked it as out for delivery. I've been in food service for many years myself, and this was no way to treat customers. On top of that, I saw people touch computers/non food surfaces, then touch food with their bare hands without a hand wash in-between. I have never been so disgusted by service in my life. I truly hope these people strive to do better, as they care more about themselves than their customers.
