Horrible experience!! I had tickets for the Soul II Soul concert on 4-15-23. I got to the door and was told that i could not enter and that i would have to take my purse back to the car because it was too big. Many other ladies were told this same thing, which caused them to walk all the way back to their cars. We were parked quite a distance away. I went to the box office inside and asked them to refund my money since i would miss part of the show in the time it would take to do this. Also, leaving your purse in the car in downtown Milwaukee is not safe with all of the vehicle thefts and break-ins. The person at the box office told me that everyone who bought a ticket was emailed about the new bag policy. This is a lie since i never received an email. She also said that every person who purchased a ticket was told verbally by the person who sold the ticket. This is another lie since i was never told about the new bag policy. I was told by the box office supervisor, Romesh Jayasundara that i could not get a refund and there was nothing he could do. We missed part of the show dealing with this issue. Poor communication getting information out to ticket holders. Poor customer service by not willing to offer some sort of a compromise. Stay away...

1 star review for security!! I attended an Admirals game with my family this past weekend and the security was a joke! The line we chose had a young girl and guy working it and neither one of them said a word to us the entire process so we guided ourselves through. We brought a diaper bag back pack for our infant and the girl didn’t un zip it or look at anything in it she just put a green tag on it which I assumed meant it was searched. When we walked through the metal detector the kid wasn’t even watching he was leaned against the stairs playing with the wand! Nobody watched us, searched us, or spoke to us it was absolutely ridiculous. It’s so sad for so many reasons. With the daily unfortunate events like shootings and stabbings happening all over the world safety should be the number one priority and it’s clearly not. The costs to attend these events are unbelievably overpriced for tickets, food, and parking the least they could do is spend more money on hiring qualified security. Unfortunately I’m sure no one will care or nothing will be done until...

This one is a really difficult review for me so I need to break this into three different reviews. Office Staff: 10/10 Permanent Staff: 8/10 Temporary Staff: 2/10 Concessions: 0/10

To explain: The front office folks were amazing. I was having issues with my ticket and one of the gentlemen I worked with went above and beyond to fix the issue and got it taken care of super fast!

There was a very obvious difference between temp workers and those who have worked at the Arena for a few years. The temp staff were rude and couldn't answer anything. The permanent Staff were super friendly and helpful and just a joy to be around.

Lastly, the concessions. What a disgusting pile of over priced trash. I ordered two nachos, a pretzel, and a large soda and got charged $40 for it. The nachos were stale, the cheese was yellow flavored water, the pretzel was old and over salted. Recently went to a Hockey Game at the Resch Center in Green Bay: paid $20 for all of that plus another large soda and a footling hotdog and it was all really good! Overall: eat before...

We want to watch a Ice hockey match between Milwaukee Admiral and Chicago Wolves. This was just amazing. People were up for ADM. Free bells distributed by Potawatomi Hotels. Kids of the age of 3 and above all enjoying every bit of it. Family entertainment. We purchased 15$ seats and for two adults it came to be 34 with surcharge. They closest seats were as high as $70 .Then they have raffle draws there to buy. Flying mascots drop coupons. Counters selling team merchandise. This is completely an experience for an Indian to watch ice hockey. The way arena illuminatesin blue. They way players skid. Must go. It started at 7PM and ended around 9. Exhilarating. And yes the cleaning services were Commendable. A kid pucked and cleaning staff just came and straightened all it. Experience it. Our luck this was the only event in December.

I went to life surge in Milwaukee at the Miller High Life Theater now and I remember a time when we were there singing for choir. We also use that place to get organized for graduation at the mecca Auditorium. I saw life surgeon it was amazing for the qualities that I was looking for and what it was I had no money to invest in them but I think he'll invest in me at the understand my life. I saw the twins speech and I was moved by them. I also heard some good music. But honestly the best part of it was when I was outside in a little Garden area looking at the flowers and wondering if my prayers will be answered and I talked to a woman who was struggling on the opposite side of the situation that I am exactly and maybe we understand each other a little better
