This has been my favorite location I've been coming here over 10yrs. Any drink I get is always hot no matter if I mobile order or in store, and This is almost like your little mom and pop coffee shop, the manager he knows my name even when I'm not placing an order and there's been some time I took 3 weeks off of coming here because I was sick but every time I come back and he's here he knows my name šand I love that he has good communication skills and face recognition. I've been to other locations throughout Milwaukee County and this is my favorite location and no I do not live close by I chose to make the commute because of the service here the Baristas are friendly also.
They have new people who sucks THE MIX GIRL WORKING RIGHTnow ASK ME TO VERIFY MY ORDER BUT NEVER ASK THE WHITE LADY NEXT TO ME AND SHE WAS TOUCHING EVERYTHING. I FELT LIKE SHE WAS BOGUS CAUSE SHE NEVER ASKED HER ANYTHING And I was standing there before this woman so I watched her walk up. And this girl never asked her anything.
This is the second time this same girl done this to me since she's been working there, and she She's not the usual. if something is on the counter with names on it. Why do I have to show you my phone? I'm not asking you for anything. But again, she never asked the white lady who was touching all the drinks.
I've been coming here a while, and this same young lady makes me feel very uncomfortable. I can point her OUT TO patrick Because he is a lovely manager and I know. He don't condone this...

When I got to the store, I waited for my order and noticed the barista fidgeting with the lid to stay on the cup. I thought nothing of this at first until I started driving away and discovered that the cup was warped and creased down the side.
I started sloshed and spilling coffee all over my center console of my car. I was fortunate that I had some napkins to stop the leaving and spilling until I got to work.
As soon as I got to work, I reached to pick up the cup and it (literally) collapsed in my hands and 20oz's of coffee spilled all over the interior of my car.
I reached out to Starbucks immediately, because I was going to have to get my car detailed to get the coffee out of my car's upholstery. I reached out to Starbucks who was uninterested in making me whole for the damage their defective product did to my car and the store manager at this location never followed up with me on this issue.
As a result, I have cancelled my rewards account (which had been gold status since 2013) and I will never spend money at any Starbucks again...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreInitially things were fine I was greeted with nice customer service. Placed my order, sat down at a table got some paperwork done. However, I noticed one of the staff members monitoring/watching me with a not so nice look, though maybe she is having a bad day. Anyway, I get done and ask about the code for the rest room, only to find that she didn't want to give it to me she said it was for customers only and asked do I plan to place an order? While informing her that I had placed an order and literally she stared so hard as I threw away my trash that she didn't notice it was from my purchase. The guy who served me earlier stepped in and confirmed I made a purchase at which point I was given the code to the restroom. Get this she is the manager. If I had to judge Starbucks by the treatment from her Iād never go back.
Thereās a way to handle all situations. She had already judged me before I approached that counter. I was there when she arrived to work so of course she didn't see me buy anything and she had no idea that I had tipped her staff.
