We stopped here last night for a few drinks. I am super glad we stopped here on a whim. The group that we were with was also super complementary of this place as well. We all we're saying it's a cool place to go to and how we want to go back. The drinks were really good. I admit that I am not a drink expert but I do know that I like to taste the alcohol in my drinks and not have it be watered down. You can tell they clearly know what they are doing with their drinks and have a real science behind them. This isn't just any old bartender throwing together cocktails. The ambience was awesome. The people there were totally chill and there was no feeling of pretentiousness which I appreciated. Everybody in my group would appreciate it.

If you want to feel a little swanky, you can roll with that vibe. But if you want to come in feeling chill, with no makeup and your hair in a pony, wearing your every day clothes, that too works as well. I really appreciate that vibe.

I can't recall the prices but I definitely didn't think they were extreme or out of line. We will be going back. Completely happy we stopped here and thanking a friend for the...

We went back to the Tin Widow and had a great time. While we're still older than the usual demographic, my spouse and I were treated warmly, and the proprietor took care of us well. It was different than our last experience. My cocktail was delicious, and I think the Tin Widow is one of the best mixology bars in Walker's Point along with Boone and Crockett, Braise, Bryant's, and Red Maple.

I wanted to love this bar. It meets several necessary criteria: Tin Widow is cocktail forward, small, intimate, classy and within walking distance of home.

However, it wasn’t friendly or welcoming. The bartenders were polite, but there was no warmth. It reminded me of Seattle, the city we left to return to Milwaukee after a 12 year hiatus. My server mixed me a good Mezcal cocktail, but kept referring to me as “sir,” emphasizing I was older than the demographic the Tin Widow was focused on. That’s the first time that has occurred since I returned to Milwaukee. It was disheartening and not particularly in the Wisconsin manner. I’m hoping the “cold shoulder” was because of the Saturday night, and I will try Tin...

Would of gave this place 5 stars because of the atmosphere and drinks but to the owners please let Peter know this isn’t a country club and to drop the smug, pompous attitude. There was only four patrons in the establishment and he only chose to give attention to two of them. On a slow night you think you would try to liven up the place but instead you deterred other patrons (5 of them) because they were in his words “barking orders”. The cocktails were incredible I just wish Peter would’ve gotten off his high horse to serve and not treat his work as a social hour with patrons he clearly liked over the others. Instead of telling one girl who asked for a drink “I’ll be right with you 😄” he remarked with a harsh “You’re going to have to wait!” in a bar with only 4...

I've been a few times at various levels. On this evening we grabbed a drink after a comedy show. This is a classic MKE bar with great service, creative and well-crafted drinks, fun decor and even better patrons. It's worth a stop...even if you just want to look at well-groomed men working behind the bar... You'll have a great time. You will find a conversation. The atmosphere is inviting and I intentionally ordered a fussy drink to confirm they care about their output... they do. They consistently do. And I love that about this place. Fall 2023: consistently great. Chris is dope.

This is the PERFECT cocktail spot. They have the best cocktails in the area if I’m being honest. It gets pretty busy in here during the weekend so I finally got the chance to come on a weeknight and they did not disappoint. Perfect after dinner cocktail spot or late night drink. Fantastic assortment of drinks and cocktails. Quality ingredients and housemade bitters! Highly recommend this place!
