Gyro Palace of Walker’s Point — Restaurant in Milwaukee

What an awful experience this evening let me start by saying that I am a very frequent customer to this establishment. Last time I was here I ordered a gyro plate Supreme which came out and it was cold I figured I wasn't going to return it however I did go inside and I did tell the lady that was in there that the meat was cold. I said to to myself this doesn't happen often so I let it go. I decided to give it another chance tonight we pull up in the drive-thru no one was there it was a very slow night compared to other times. We tried to place our order through the drive-thru. I ordered a gyro Sandwich with fries and four chicken tenders. My friend ordered a mini chicken wrap instead he got a chicken kabob sandwich and he was charged for it. He was also charged for side of shrimp that he never ordered. He also ordered a dessert baklava and he never received it. He ordered also a bottle of water a small Pepsi and a medium Pepsi. When we went to the window we told the guy that the order was wrong so he reimbursed the charge for the side shrimp in cash and also about $4 and some change for the chicken kebab mistake. We waited there for a while so they can fix their mistake I received my Pepsi my friend had to ask for his Pepsi that he was charged for because the guy thought he gave it to us which he never did until we asked for it. The guy hands us paper bags normally we get a plastic bag with all the food that we order needless to say the water was so warm it felt like it was sitting outside all day.... normally I would not say anything however all of the liquid from the condiments went through the paper bag into my car and now I have to clean my car because we did not get a plastic bag like we normally do. This is the second time around they are messing up this bad and there won't be a third one I am not coming back you just lost a...

Love this place! I come here daily and when I say I cannot appreciate an establishment and staff more then I appreciate these guys, I mean it ... They do more then just give me what ever I order, like I am afraid to tell this secret.... They actually will listen to how you want your food and make it accordingly! Like this place is absolutely amazing. Since I had the wings the first time a couple of weeks ago, and they actually cooked them the way I asked, I've been back daily!!!

So I recently stopped at what was becoming my favorite place for a quick awesome bite. I don't know if it's because I was going daily for weeks and then missed almost a week but last night really disappointed me... Get damn near the same things each time spending over $20 Everytime ...

mozz sticks were frozen and when I told cashier he looked like he didn't want to do anything so I told him I don't even want new ones just throw them back in the oil. Then when I tried them I swore that I was tasting something fishy... Ordered my gyro no tomatoes super easy onions. Why did I get my gyro plate with the biggest pile of onions and cucumbers, no olives or pepperchinis. When I told the cashier he looked as if he did want to give me the olives and peppers. I said screw it then no biggie. Tried eating my gyro but the pita was so soggy and all I tasted was onion and cucumber juice... Put that down.... Went for my extra crispy wings and tasted fishy, yep that oil man.... I'm not sure if I'm too picky with my request on my food and they just don't want my business or they were just joking with me. But yeah definitely done coming to my old favorite spot smh it was great while...

They said they were only taking cash, my order came up to 43.40 and out of 60.00 I got 1.60 back. I informed the girl at the drive through window who was very rude over the intercom her response was "I know... sorry" it took over 20 min to get my food which usually takes 10, they were laughing and joking inside and didn't get my order right. My large cheese fry was a small container worth with hardly any cheese, the fries I asked be separate with seasoning were thrown on the plate with the meat and not seasoned, and my drinks were forgotten until I asked. That's when she asked me what I wanted. Instead of getting the 2 large lemonade and 1 medium I got all 3 medium. They were too busy playing around to properly do their jobs, acknowledged they gave me the incorrect change thinking if I wasn't paying attention I would just leave but 15 is a reasonable amount if you aren't paying attention and if everyone is coming up short.
