This particular chain of restaurants has an amazing value on their food! it's quite fresh most of the time and the large mega salads for 14.00 can't be beat does you know how to build a salad and you tell them properly she can get five times the salad you would get at a fast food restaurant for less money! Not only that you are the builder you get exactly what you want nothing more nothing less you can't get that at any restaurant other than this one that I know of unless they have a salad bar! Plus the little pizzas here in the regular pizzas again build your own is a deal and a half! MOD pizza of my favorite places to go and never disappoints and if it does it's cuz you built it wrong! Always ask the server to follow your instructions specifically in my case I always tell them look I want double what you think you should put on there for starters. This way they know that you mean business and that you're not going to take a skimpy little pizza or salad like most subways will make even when you asked them to double or triple the amount of stuff they put on it they always skimp at Subway and other places like that. I feel like the Health Department might want to pay this location a visit and management should consider a refresher on food safety at this location. I was in about 2:15 pm today and watched Simon, who was sitting at a table in the dining room on his laptop, come back into the kitchen, set his computer down and start handling food without washing his hands. He removed a pizza from the oven, boxed it, cut it and put sauce on the top all with dirty hands. When he picked up the Siracha bottle, he removed the cap AND twisted the tip of the bottle with bare hands! All of this stuff is now contaminated by his dirty hands! I asked him if it was best practice to return from break without washing his hands and his response was, "I was not on break." I pointed out that he had still left the kitchen and was in the dining room touching surfaces as well as a dirty laptop. My kid loves it which is the only reason I am forced to keep giving them money. Something is wrong with my order- every. single. time. No exaggeration. Forgotten toppings. I have just received yet again another incorrectly made pizza. The tag on the box is right. The pizza isn’t. I have waited on hold now for 25 minutes and just keep being told by the automated message that the wait is longer than 5 minutes. Be advised, the website offers delivery, but they do it through Door Dash which adds a whole extra level of suckiness to an already regrettable purchase. They show you a map so you can watch your food wait in the Taco Bell drive thru and see where other people’s food gets delivered while yours gets cold. Also note- they do not take $100 bills.
