Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies — Restaurant in Minneapolis

EVERYTHING WRONG WITH THIS PLACE IS ADRIANNA THE MANAGER'S FAULT (not the rest of the employees). THE FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD. Please do not order from this place as ADRIANNA is a very INCOMPETENT manager. On 5/6/2019 I ordered on the phone a 6-piece boneless chicken wings from the Downtown Minneapolis location from ADRIANNA. Instead of the wings, I got a PARTIALLY EATEN sandwich underneath a scuffed-up meat sandwich. In addition to forgetting items on my order, this is the second incident in which ADRIANNA specifically sent me a PARTIALLY EATEN sandwich instead of the prescribed order. I never reported the first incident earlier this year from ADRIANNA because I chalked it up to a simple mistake. However, this repeated pattern of providing customers with partially eaten sandwiches from your respective employee ADRIANNA has raised suspicion on my part that this might be a systematic INCOMPETENCY defect on ADRIANNA ability to be a decent employee. By the way, I have had zero complaints when ordering delivery on the phone from any of your other employees. It is ADRIANNA who appears to be the grave problem for your business. I mean the mac and cheese was good. However, my friend got the chicken alfredo and it looked like a poor version of trying to warm that stuff up in a microwave. She said it tasted like that too. To top it off, the third person we were with got pizza and when all our food came out it was so hot the roof of her mouth got burned. For ours it was cold. Mine especially was like it been sitting out the entire 20 minutes we'd been waiting on our food. We all agreed they probably had our food ready and let it sit around getting cold while they waited for the pizza to finish. Its understandable but honestly annoying. Either prepare yourself to make it so they all come out relatively the same time or just bring us the hot food. Then we can choose to wait and let it go cold or not. But at least we have a choice to get the good version...

Well I came in and ordered a hoagie and chz bread. Then the employee that took my order stood between the front and the kitchen small doorway and proceeded to take ointment out of his pocket and rub it on his lips and also put his hand in his hair after putting ointment back in his pocket. Then he proceeded back up to register to push buttons on the register and chew on his draw strings of his sweat shirt. I was hoping to God that he wasn't going to hand me my Togo order bag...thank God that the cook that made my food gave it to me. I order a hoagie with no Mayo and i realized that my sandwich had mayo on it when I reached my destination.
