The service here is so so, some days they have good staff on and they are friendly and quick with getting you your order and refills and other days you get ignored by the staff that's on and wait a long time to get anything you need including refills. Some days their food is fresh and hot and other days is old, soggy and cold. I ordered a hot coffee on a really cold day and got a lukewarm old coffee that was hours old. When asked to get a fresh cup of hot coffee, we got attitude from the staff and a snide comment about it would be a few minutes for a new one. The main security guard here is rude most days to customers that aren't his friends that come in and sit there with him, without ordering anything, talking and visiting, which isn't allowed from other customers as he has kicked people out for not ordering anything after only a few minutes. If you need to use the bathroom you have to have the security guard open the locked door for you and when you ask him he doesn't even say anything so you are just supposed to know that he will open it when you go over to the door and when he does it's usually rudely stated. He also sits on his phone watching TV loudly in a booth with his feet up but will yell at customers to put their feet down if they have them up on a chair or booth. He is disrespectful to some customers, usually the ones who aren't the same race as he is and allows others to do whatever they want. I have ordered many items throughout my visits while I let my phone charge and have been told by him that I have to leave after 30 min after finishing my food even though I have ordered more food throughout my visits, so I don't think it's ok to say a customer who spends quite a bit of money there has to leave, even though I'm just charging my phone or waiting for my ride. The part time security guard is a lot more friendly and respectful, he is also more helpful as he assists the staff getting orders out to customers and he takes orders when they get busy too. He also is friendly when you ask to use the restroom or need a refill, he has really good customer service and hospitality, he treats all people with respect and kindness. They do keep this McDonald's pretty clean and tidy. They don't have a drinking station out in the lobby though, like most other McDonald's do, so having to ask for refills on your soda is a hassle, especially when they are busy and the bad staff ignore the customers while they sit in the back on their phones or eating food or talking to each other. There are also some staff that don't speak much English at all and when you ask them for anything in English they just walk away and ignore you and don't even get another staff who does speak English to help you. This is America and we speak English so if you are going to work here, especially in customer service fields dealing directly with customers you have to speak our language well enough to communicate with everyone so these staff shouldn't be in front helping customers as this is very bad customer service. Read moreI visited this McDonald’s on May 9 at 7:30 PM. Although the restaurant wasn’t supposed to close at that time, the lobby was already shut down and only the Drive-Thru was operating.
I placed my order through the Drive-Thru (Vanilla Cone + Free Friday Fries) and paid for it ($5.10), but when I got the receipt, I immediately noticed the order was incorrect — it was completely different from what I had asked for. I pointed this out to the staff. They went ahead and corrected the order themselves, but then asked me to pay again — this time at a different price ($2.73)
I repeatedly asked, “Will I get a refund for the first, incorrect order?” — but never received a clear answer. The staff member spoke extremely quietly, to the point of being unintelligible, and it felt like he was intentionally avoiding the question.
In the end, I was charged twice. A week has passed and I still haven’t received a refund for the initial incorrect order. The double charge remains, with no explanation and no compensation.
Very disappointed with the service here — lack of transparency, poor communication, and complete disregard for resolving billing issues. I hope management takes this kind of situation seriously and makes necessary...
Read moreI got a bed experience ordering in this McDonald's. You know what happened? So i ordered online. Few minutes later, i went to drivetru and told them my code. Then the lady told me go to the next window (she did not even check my code). When i got to the next window, the mexican lady gave me a wrong food. So they asked me to go to the curb and they will give me my food. Few minutes later there is still no crew coming out to bring my food. So i went inside the store to ask for my order. When i get inside, they gave me a wrong bag of food again! They checked my receipt coz i showed my phone to them and yeah, my order is not in their list. I got frustrated so i said if i can just cancel my order. So i did cancel it. I was there for minimun of 20 mins including my drivetru and waiting. You know what after? I came to work 1 minute late!!! Just because of the incompetent worker in that place. Especially the person in the drivetru that takes the orders and the cashier that tried yo help me in the store.
