Has to be the worst service I seen in my life. They canceled the order, did not refund us, did not care to speak to an English speaker on the phone even if I spoke Spanish calling other times. They speak spanish and ignore you on call and hang up or blocked us. Eventually using other numbers now they went above and beyond to avoid all contact. Now when you call the subway it says theyre busy. UPDATE: We went to that subway. NOT BUSY AT ALL, no one was there but us and i can see why now. They acted like the order never existed, even with proof of payment and cancelation. There goes $80!! And they didn't want to get the manager saying he wouldn't be able to help. All they did was repeat and repeat like a broke record player. And support dorsnt help its using AI to talk to us and guess what it said go to the subway for a refund even though THAT subway said they can't. Tried to rush me by making me give my order while someone else was still in front of me and I had stated I wasn't there for a sandwich, so there was no reason for anyone to start asking me anything before I got up to the counter. Even said I wasn't ready, because I was checking my Cashapp balance. I just wanted a cookie and a fountain soda and got a side of unnecessary attitude with it. I had never seen smaller cups at a Subway before, so that threw me off too. The fountain soda looked like it was coming out too clear and thankfully it wasn't watered down and just had way high carbonation so I had to take more pauses getting it into the cup, but in my experience, it usually doesn't look like that unless the bib is low or hooked up wrong. I didn't even realize I could've gotten something pre-packaged until I was leaving because they keep their other drinks in a small cooler behind the counter, which is also new to me.
