I would give 5 stars for the bagels and the staff, but 0 stars for management. I am from out-state Minnesota so when I get to Minneapolis (4-5 times per year) I always make a special stop at this location and get a couple dozen bagels to take home. I usually spend $50'ish every time I stop. Last Saturday I was there and the wonderful staff was taking care of my order (yes, I gave them a nice tip) and then the manage/owner(?) came out and treated me like I was a bagel idiot. Never again. Guy and his wife should show a tad of gratitude, we as customers kept him alive throughout Covid.
Otherwise it’s great, they make you everything like their corporate handout menu shows them to do :)
