I have had a problem with the same manager the last two times that I have ordered through the mobile app. First of all, when I've used that mobile app. These 2 times, after placing my order, it had on there that I needed to click on, I'm already here. But I wasn't there yet. So I didn't click on it and then all of a sudden my order disappeared so I couldn't click on it when I got to the. Mcdonald's. Ok, so I go in for assistance and the main manager never has time for me. The first time she told me she was too busy and I would have to come back later. (She didn't even come over to talk to me. She yelled this from where she was standing. Which was at the bagging station.) I told her that I placed an order and all I wanted to do is to get my order. She was not happy with me. In a very annoyed voice she asked another employee to deal with me. I took it as she must be having a bad day. Now tonight,l it happened again! This time she said she doesn't have time to deal with me right now. (This wasn't said to me. This was said to an employee that was asking her for help for me) So this very pleasant employee goes to ask for help from who I believe is a shift leader. She was also very pleasant and figured out the problem.
I don't understand what this main manager's problem is. She obviously is in the wrong position if she cannot take care of problems that are coming in. Otherwise she should have a certain shift leader to be able to take care of these problems. I can't be the only one that comes in with this problem. Or a mistake on an order. Which has also happened to me twice on the mobile app at this same location! But I won't get into that right now. Another reason could be someone is missing an item on an order or etc. I really think that this should be looked into. I don't know if maybe you need some secret shoppers to go in there to see how this experience ends up. Yes, they were very busy both times. But that is no reason for her to not treat her patrons with respect. I don't use this location unless I have to. I actually go several miles out of my way to use the other McDonald's or I just go to another restaurant. One thing I can't stand is managers that don't have time for their customers. I have managed different businesses and I would never treat any customer as if they don't matter. They are paying our paychecks! I am not looking to receive anything free!! Read moreI showed up at 2:55 AM tonight technically date 7/21. I did not know they closed at 3 but I saw they were open as I drove by. A lady greeted me asking if I am using the mobile app and I said no kindly. Then a guy out of nowhere asked what I wanted and said they are closing in a few minutes. I said sorry and asked if it is okay. He now continues to say we close in 60 seconds in an extremely rude way and asked what I wanted. I was extremely uncomfortable and only ordered something small. When I drove up I heard people swearing and the guy who talked to me told the crew “no cussing” and said sorry for that and took my card with a smirk. I went to the next window and what it seemed to be a cook with long dreads was super nice and gave me my food. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry over a decade that should by far not be the way you great someone. Made me feel absolutely terrible and even if you close in a few minutes you have to take the order right? Without counting down the seconds you close and make them feel terrible? It was beyond unprofessional and I almost just drove off but felt I deserved the customer service I drove up expecting. Out of all places around the world disappointed or not this is the very first review I have written because this is absolutely disgusting. Whoever let this happen and whoever this guy is feeling enabled to talk like this is beyond unacceptable. I am so disappointed and have never tried so hard to stay professional myself and bite my tongue. I have came to that exact spot many times and even though it has been close to closing when I knew it was they are always accepting and respectful. This time it was not and I hope to never see this guy working the drive thru ever again. The speaker of the drive thru is the first impression and what he said ruined the entire experience. Read moreEmbarrassingly, I go here often. Mostly for the dollar diet cokes, and nuggets for my son I do suppose. I digress. This location has very rarely made mistakes, when it does happen I swing through again and its made right, quickly and properly. There a few standouts however. Without remembering names its hard to guve proper credit. Due to the frequency of my visits for a while there, qeve built a bit if a rapport so one in particular stands out. I'm remiss to remember his name...Chase or Gage...leaning towards Gage. Younger guy, late teens, very early 20s; curly hair with glasses. He is always so personable and goes out of his way to ask me how things are going, days its good to see you and the like. Hes awesome. Not necessarily a rave for the establishment so much as for him individually. He is an asset wherever he will go in life thats for certain.
