I use to go to Dunkin everyday before work and then one day they didn’t put Carmel in my coffee, I ignored it, and still went back. Stuff happens. But then that very next morning I went back and they didn’t put Carmel in my coffee AGAIN and then when I mentioned something because I tried my coffee before I left that time to check it since it was wrong the time before, when I mentioned it to the lady at the window she said “if it says Carmel on the ticket then it has Carmel in it” and closed the window door on me. I didn’t go back after that for about a month and then it became our easiest option one day to stop there and it was awful, our coffee was bland and nasty and not at all what we ordered and we asked for something extra and they didn’t give it to us, but we didn’t have time to go back in so we just dealt with it. I just ordered from them this morning because I needed coffee and they were the only place open that had decent options and then an hour later after placing our order for pick up they let us know they couldn’t make our drinks because they didn’t have expresso and then when I asked my dasher about wether I was getting iced coffee or nothing to replace it she said they made a big deal about it and we’re rushing her. SORRY THE DOOR DASHER HAD TO DO YOUR JOB AND CONTACT SOMEONE ORDERING FROM YOU WITH NO KNOWLEDGE ON WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. Dunkin is a constant disappointment and I will NEVER be returning for service, this was my last straw. Highly don’t recommend the one on grape or the one on Michigan. Grapes worse though. 110% thanks for ruining my...
Read moreI started coming to this location when it first opened. I was pleased with the set up, how the donuts were displayed. Very pleasing to the eyes actually. Never had an issue with my coffee, how my bagels or sandwiches were prepared. The donuts were always good and never failed my expectations. I do agree with other comments about the fact that the music is, indeed to loud. I was able to overlook that and took it as a minor issue. The past 5 times I've been going to Dunkin', they are completely out of donuts and bagels. Maybe they'll have jelly donuts and powdered munchkins available, but that's it. If this was around the late afternoon, I'd understand. However, I'm there at 10 a.m, and the location is out of basically everything. This does look bad on their part for not keeping your shop fully stocked with donuts and bagels at all times. I don't know if its a financial issue, or the owner doesn't understand how much business they may be doing in the morning, but this is completely unacceptable. I'm sure I'm not the first to notice this, but the first to make a complaint. Just know that until you guys can fix your supply and demand issue, I'll be taking my donut cravings to...
Read moreI understand that food service establishments are struggling right now, and I go into it knowing things might be slow or out of stock, but I still expect courteous service. Unfortunately, that's in short supply at this location. The lobby is closed so you can only order through the drive-thru. Okay, fine. But their menu makes no mention of any of the types of donuts they sell. And when asked what types of donuts they had available, an employee stated that we just had to tell them what we wanted and refused to give us any sort of idea of what they had. We ordered the most basic donuts we could think of, in the hopes they actually had them. At the window they had some ornaments displayed and we asked if they were for sale, and how much. The employee told us they didn't know, and said $10 sounded about right. We declined. The donuts themselves were okay, but were definitely old. But the nail in the coffin was the price. Over $18 for a dozen donuts and a basic coffee. It was such a weird, horrible experience we're not really sure if that was supposed to be the right price or not, and didn't care to argue with an employee who simply didn't care. We just won't be...
