Well, other than the bread being a bit harder than normal to bite into, sandwiches were okay, but my problem stems from the customer service I received. I understand that we all have to wear masks and all, but it would be very helpful to your customers if the order taker would speak in a normal tone of voice and not a mumbled whisper. When I asked your order taker, Raphael, to please repeat what he said to me, and I also stated I am hearing impaired, he just heaved a huge sigh and rolled his eyes at me. Read moreI always dread ordering from this particular location. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, their typical turnaround time on a delivery is usually upwards of 45 minutes to an hour. Now, I understand that there are peak hours for orders as well as multiple orders per delivery, but from the store off Main St. to where I work (just barely off of Grape, on Douglas) it takes just over 3 minutes to drive directly there. It consistently taking 15 times longer than that drive just seems like a lot to process considering the orders themselves don't take more than that initial 3 minutes to prepare.

They finally remade the order and sent it with a different driver. I understand that it was the original driver's first day, but as the store manager said "he wasn't familiar with the area and didn't understand much English" sending him out on his first day alone, does not set up your employees for success.
