The manager Harlan, Harley (I am not sure, blonde young lady with long hair) is one of the worst experiences I've had interacting with an employee at this location. She accused me of rolling my eyes at a different employee and having an attitude when I was looking up between the glass at my phone while waiting for my food to finish cooking.
They did not tell me before I began placing my order that they were out of barbacoa, steak, or sour cream and I was still waiting patiently and keeping my tone neutral with the young man serving me as I confirmed "Yeah" which bowl was mine after they had lost track. The manager said something to me and I couldn't hear (because I have a hearing aid and there was a lot of noise) and asked her to repeat herself apparently I looked at the ceiling or looked at someone wrong because this is when she told me "If you are going to have an attitude, leave"
Taken aback, because I was still waiting patiently without talking to anybody even in line, I explained that I couldn't hear and that's when she told me I rolled my eyes. I proceeded to get her name after she refused to tell me the name of the GM or corporate number, told her to have the day that she thought she deserved, and left.
I don't want to sound like a "Karen" by complaining, but as you can tell from the recent reviews here also mentioning the manager it is not an isolated incident with how she acts and running out of food two and a half hours before closing time. either there is a ownership issue making it so that they cannot hire good managers, or they cannot hire good employees because they have...

This is the absolute worst location for service and quality. I have been coming to this location since opening day and I can’t believe jobs far this place has fallen. Stopped in for lunch with my family and it was awful. The person at the beginning of the line was rude and disrespectful. They were out of barbacoa on the line and she just said tough luck. So we just got something else. The gentleman behind us came up and asked for barbacoa and she walked over to the “to-go” area and got enough for multiple burritos for him. This was never even offered to us. It doesn’t stop there…
The ice machine was completely out (they filled it pretty quickly at least). They had now lids for small cups and very few for large. I asked for lids (since we have children with us) and after multiple times asking, they still never restocked any before we left (15-20 mins). The employee I asked was out checking everything at the drink station and never returned to do anything about any shortages there. Forks and knives were all mixed together. And to kick it all off… they didn’t even have trash cans for us to dispose of our trash. I will never come back to this location again. Upper management needs to do something about this location, they have ruined your name...
Read moreI recently went to this location and it painfully reminded me why I haven't been here in over a year. The place was filthy. They were out of fajita veggies, mild pico (literally tomato with onion and cilantro) and chips. It was 3PM on a Saturday...Went home and made my own pico de gallo. I wanted to not even bother ordering after we were told what they were out of, but I was there with my niece and we had already waited over 25 minutes in line (there were 3 people ahead of us)The lettuce was DRENCHED in water, that literally pooled my entire bowl. They throw about 6 pieces of meat on there (because they were probably running low on that too). People can say all day long "they're short staffed" but guess what...every place is! I worked in the food industry (line cook/prep) and the way this location is ran is unacceptable. Quit accepting in-house customers AND SLOW DOWN. This location needs to stay off Uber eats, online orders, Door Dash and just work with catering and in house customers for a while and see how well they handle that. Because all of that is way too much for this location. This location needs a major turn around, and I think management is 100% responsible for how bad this location has become....
