Torchy's Tacos — Restaurant in Missouri City

We had a pickup order. They forgot to pack any sauce with the order despite ordering 5 tacos, so I'm glad I checked before I left. Several staff members avoided eye contact before I was finally able to flag one down. I explained that we were missing all of our sauces and before I had a chance to tell them which ones we needed, she just walked away abruptly and brought back me one of each. I said that's not what we had on our order (which is not unreasonable given I could have ordered multiple of one taco) and then she was like well I'm going to have to charge you for more. I explained I've never been charged for sauces on my order, especially the ones that we asked for on the online ordering system. She walked away annoyed again and came back with more sauces. It ended up being all the ones we wanted, but I didn't need that friction for something that they forgot to do. It's not the first time I've had poor or awkward customer service at this location. I went to Torchy's for lunch today and my experience was horrible. I ordered queso and chips with a side of fajita meat which shouldn't take long because it wasn't busy. I waited for 20 minutes just for my order, and it was wrong when I got it. Thank God for Clyde the bartender he saw me standing there still waiting because he took my order at the front register. I went to the cashier to ask her about my order and she said they didn't have one in for me. I'm confused so Clyde told her yes she has one because I took her order. He went to the back and fixed my food for me, and he was working the bar. I told him my order was wrong and he went and re-fixed it for me. His customer service was amazing, he was very friendly, and I appreciate him solving the issue with no hesitation. Thank you Clyde for your great customer service today. I absolutely love torchy's and have been a frequent visitor but this particular location is absolute trash. I have attempted to pick up food here several times since they opened and every single one has been trouble.

First visit I placed a pickup order arrived 30 minutes later only to find they had not even started the order yet waited over an hour total to receive my food.

My latest attempt today order was placed said to be ready at 7:03 p.m. and at 7:25 they said they couldn't even find my order asked if I ordered at the correct location. According to my email and receipt I of course had so here we are waiting again for food that was supposed to be ready over 30 minutes ago.

Dining inside probably a normal experience but togo orders are 0 of 4 attempts right now. Just going to order from Sugar...
