Worse experience I literally made a mobile order for pickup at the counter and took forever than I see the manager “ Steph” a.k.a the sister of the store manager canceling my order randomly without telling me why lol we were face to face she didn’t have the professional skills as a manager or dignity as a human being to come tell me “ hey I will be canceling your order for no reason” she’s didn’t even notify me until I randomly had a notification pop up “ your order has been cancelled, you’ll be refunded” so I made another second order it was still odd for me till I saw her walk away than pop up front with another manger named “ Axel” they were both giggling still no communication was made to me about canceling my first order. They both walked away and continued talking about my first order asking if I left I was only still waiting for my second order as a another staff member complained about not wanting to serve my order ignoring it; staff member “ Juanita”,so another staff employee had to serve my order after waiting for 30 minutes. Honestly I never thought grown woman would act like little high school girls acting over dramatically over something they made it so complicated. lol no communication was said to me or anything just walking in circles but I got my second order finally! But still no professionalism or kindness. I use to work here seems like there’s always an issue with managers and employee staff treating their employees with no respect or wanting to train them. Even some employees are always putting their hands on others for no reason seems like they love to create a hostile work environment for others and I don’t support that. I needed my FOOD ASAP reason why I requested counter pick up fast and simple not complicated with an obnoxious attitude. I didn’t even have any communication with the working staff, I only wanted my order and to just leave why would I care to even to speak to anyone there I paid for fast and pickup service. I didn’t receive any of that it’s not hard to throw the food in the bag, so I find it very funny how they made those 30 mins complicated yes I made a second order which I received in good condition. It's Moab, I used to live there & know the options are very limited. But I get the $5 "deal"... Spicy with no mayo. Staying true to this location it is smothered with what looks like triple extra mayo. I toss it & go for the 4 nuggets. I actually eat them & underneath them I see a massive 1 inch cockroach leg in the nugget container. Its like stepping into a fantasy world where no matter how bad you think your order will be, this MoabcDs is guaranteed to show you your imagination can never reach their bottom dwelling window licking mind numbingly awful service & quality. It's not a solution because Moab doesn't have many options but if you need a fast "cheap" meal I am telling you right now your only decent option is Taco Time, if that's closed like it was for me, them gas station food period. Wendy's is a no go. Trust from a guy who lives their 8 years.
Trying to give a realistic estimate I would say 7 out of my last 10 orders or the last several years has been incorrect. Either entered wrong & overcharged, simple things like asking for no cheese, then having to correct the order when I go to the pay window, then seeing NO CHEESE in bold letters on every breakfast sandwich only to have cheese on every sandwich. No ice in my drink only to have it packed with ice. & anytime Ive done the right thing in telling them or calling I get spoken to extremely rude because they dont want to be bothered by their errors, they dont want to be held acxountable for messing up 70% of every order that goes out. This is one of those situations like loaning that friend $20. Then everytime you ask when you will get it back they try flipping it on you like your a jerk for asking them to be mature enough to pay back their debts. Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They got our order wrong... they gave us 3 cups instead of 4 and we were missing a double cheeseburger. My spicy chicken sandwich was sloppy and the chicken was not at all tender to chew. Overall, the food was barely warm... should've been a lot warmer if the food was just cooked. The staff was very loud and seemed to be more interested in having fun and messing around, instead of doing their job. As me and my family ate our food, we noticed 4 other customers walk up to the counter because they were missing items from their order. One was a father with a toddler that said he was missing half his order. He went through the drive-thru, so he had to park and walk in, and then waited about 10 minutes before they gave him the rest of his food. That was terrible. As we were leaving, one customer said he never got his order and the employee went scrambling looking for his food. He just shook his head and walked back to his table. I wasn't going to write a bad review, but I feel it necessary because they'll never improve. I witnessed 4 customers with issues with their orders in a span of 30 minutes. I can only imagine how many issues they have during a whole shift, or a whole day. Perhaps this crew was just an exception, but nonetheless this is unacceptable for a McDonald's, that usually is pretty good with what they do.
