Hailing from Chicago and and a notoriously picky eater when it comes to Mexican food because I live in Mexican Neighborhood. I want to say that this place In Moab Utah was absolutely delicious. The quesobirria was nice and crunchy with a delicious amount of cheese and meat and the consome.... Perfection. The torta was absolutely amazing, toasty and filling. The chilaquiles verdes breakfast plate is huge with a hint of spice ( for the not to spicy eaters) and the tacos dorado's de papa, well let's just say my picky eater of a daughter LOVED them. My husband said it was the best burrito he has had in a while. And he eats a lot of burritos. He says the steak was juicy and especially tasty. Likewise for the chicken.
