Hidden Gem - Great Find This place is a hidden gem. It's at the very end of a dirt road. It's not fancy--but it has DELICIOUS healthy vegan Food, and has a really warm, communal vibe. The Kitchen itself is a food truck parked in a dirt lot--and next to it there is a carpeted area with tables and cute seating including a parked school bus! There are a lot of metal sculptures around with positive messages. There is even a tea house with healthy teas. Everyone is super friendly, and I cannot stress enough how delicious the kichadi was and the dessert! Mmm...Mmm.. Good! Don't go here if you want to be waited on by servers at a fancy table. DO go here if you want to eat something healthy and scrumptious at a funky, cozy, off-the-beaten-path place. They have a really interesting concept - pay whatever you want from your heart. Wish I lived in Moab - I would definitely frequent this place!

Charming place to grab a quick bite! An eclectic and chaotic place with a home grown feel. Love that it’s a nonprofit giving back to the community. Would be great in the evening when it’s not as hot outside. Our table was under some shade so it was manageable. Not sure about the bathroom situation. The co-owner served us our food. Says menu varies every day. Our food came fairly quickly and was well priced. Everything was vegan friendly! I got a quiche made of chickpeas (not at all like the texture of a regular quiche but still good). Baja bowl was tasty too, as well as the energy bowl. Cookies and cream smoothie was very banana heavy, lemon blueberry ginger scone was delicious, and mulberry popsicle was not good—had an unpleasant texture. All in all we were happy we stopped by and would recommend you grab some food next time you’re nearby!

Some of the best food that I have ever enjoyed. Amazing food with great atmosphere. I enjoyed the curries and all of them were fantastic. The eggplant moju was my favorite of them all. I wouldn't have known that it was vegan if I wasn't told so. It had lots of roasty and caramelized flavors that were simply amazing. I didn't think to grab a photo until I had enjoyed a few bites. Be sure to ask for their hot sauce if you enjoy spicier food. The hot sauce has a great flavor and a nice heat. A bit hard to find as it is tucked away among some houses. The Google directions will take you there easily.

Whenever traveling, it's nearly always a compromise of our food preference, as we seek to support local and quality fresh organic plant-based foods. To find both is always a gem! Previously, we found Moab Kitchen in our quest for fresh organic vegan fare, but, at the time they were closed. After a long 90+ mile backcountry tour in the canyonlands, famished, we took a second look to see if Moab Kitchen was open! Luckily they were open! Our first stop back in civilization and the first people we encountered were everything full of good vibes, smiles, happy to see us! Guest chef, Janett Flores, prepared each of us a delectable meal that rejuvenated, replenished, and revived our minds, bodies, and spirits! To top it off, the refreshing mint basil lemon balm tea re-hydrated us back to feeling good. What a wonderful treat! Most definitely will return, next time with our own plates, utensils, beverage containers, smiles, blessings, and support! Thank you,...
