I got the Istanbul gyro. It definitely had heat but I like that. The meat was actually moist and all the juices from the other ingredients made it very tasty. The wrap is authentic and crisped nicely. I’d definitely go back. The fries are shoestring style and were fried perfectly. Could tell the oil was fresh. It is what you wish McDonald’s could put out but almost never does.

My friend got the vegan falafel. He isn’t one of many words but he said, “ it satisfied his appetite.” Stoic man of few words but also left a happy vegetarian.

LOVE this place! Came to the Moab Food Truck park specifically for this, and so my husband could get something from a different truck if he wanted. We both ended up getting Wrap It Up! 2 days in a row!! Staff was so kind, food is amazing, and I liked the atmosphere of the park. They give you a good portion size for a great price on top of it all.

Also, I’ve been looking for a place that served chilled grape leaves for years! Finalllyyyy they had them here and they were delicious.
