Anong Asian street food — Restaurant in Moab

What a treat! We'd been hiking and camping for several weeks, and I just wanted something fresh, flavorful, and homemade. When we smelled the aromas coming from the truck, we knew we were in the right place.

I had pad Thai bc I was hankering for something salty and sweet. My husband had chicken teriyaki because he's less into Thai flavor combinations. This food hit the spot and satisfied our cravings. Our dishes were made to order and were very well-balanced -- much more than I would have anticipated for a food truck!

Kate the chef had a great personality and is originally from Thailand. We ordered the Pad See Ew from her and it was delicious! It also had fresh leafy greens on top of it which was a nice touch. Not only was the portion size good, the price was also really decent especially compared with the average price of food in Moab. Wish I took pictures to share but it was too tasty! Looking forward to trying her...

Absolutely fantastic fried rice (got great wok hei for the fried rice connoisseurs) and the grilled pork. We loved it so much that we decided to try other options the next day. The lady who owns the truck is also very sweet. I've been to Thailand before and this is as close as it gets to real Thai street food. Will try more dishes when I come...
