Ordered chicken satay and drunken noodles. Chicken satay was good while the drunken noodles were extremely spicy. And when I say extremely spicy I mean tongue numbing spicy. The service also was pathetic, there was no server at table to even ask if we liked our food or no. Had to wait ages to get the check. Please do not go on these ratings doesn't even come close to what these guys are rated!

Update to the reply from business: Appreciate the reply. Well if you are so concerned about the reputation of your business then you should make sure that you treat your customers right and attend them from time to time when they are sitting at table and not accuse customers here. Irrespective of being family owned or corporate owned service is service! Only because I reviewed, you are now reacting to it. I do not need a refund, you provided us food we paid for it and for "service" as well. Be gracious enough to accept the short comings and improve those. If a dish was good I did mention that it was. If noodles and service were not good then that was mentioned as well. I tried grabbing the attention of the server multiple times by raising hands gesturing and calling out. Also no one checked even once. I saw someone from restaurant at my table only when getting the dish from kitchen to the table. When the server came with the check I had already lost my appetite and had spent enough time at restaurant. I have had thai food at multiple restaurants and I know what 3/5 vs 5/5 mean. If you are talking about levels. Server told me that there were 3 mild, medium and spicy. If medium and 3/5 are same then i am sorry you guys should reevaluate your spice levels. Please do it better in time and in...
Read moreCame here after receiving a recommendation from a local. Stopped by during the week for lunch, but luckily came early as it got pretty busy. There are about 20 tables inside the restaurant. Walked in and host immediately greeted us and took us to the table. After scrolling the online menu, decided to start off with the Fresh Garden Roll and the Tom Kha soup. Both arrived quickly and looked great. The Fresh Garden Roll were wrapped perfectly, just like the picture. They were very fresh, crunchy, and flavorful. The Tom Kha soup was a little thin, but had overall good flavor.
For the meal, ordered the Pad Thai and Green Curry. Both also arrived quickly, but were freshly made. I enjoyed how all the food was plated as they were visually appealing. Between the two, I preferred the Green Curry, but both were good. I asked for curry powder as you don't get a choice of spice levels and they weren't that spicy. After I added curry powder to the curry, it tasted better. The Pad Thai was also good, but needed a little bit of spice too.
The favorite part of my meal was the desserts as they were outstanding. Ordered the Tempura Fried Banana and the Fried Ice Cream. Both were great, but I slightly favored the Tempura Fried Banana as it's hard to get a nice crust on the outside while keeping the banana a nice consistency. They did this perfectly and the ice cream was a nice cool opposite of the warm fried banana. The Fried Ice Cream was equally as good as it's also a hard dessert to make.
Overall, good service, good food, and really good desserts. Surprisingly good Thai...

We visited Arches Thai on July 31, 2025, after a long day of mountain biking and hiking — and this spot turned out to be a perfect way to wrap up the adventure.
Atmosphere
The building itself is charming and picturesque, nestled in a way that reflects the beauty and coziness of the Moab landscape. It feels like a hidden gem that fits right into the Utah vibe — casual, inviting, and warm.
What We Ordered • Fresh Garden Rolls – These were outstanding: freshly made, crisp, and served with a rich, creamy peanut sauce that was possibly the best we’ve had in a while. • Calamari – Lightly battered, crispy, and not greasy at all. Cooked just right, with great texture and flavor. • Basil Chicken (Extra Spicy) – We asked them to turn up the heat, and they delivered. It was bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the spice level. • Red Curry Chicken – Absolutely delicious. The curry was fragrant, silky, and packed with flavor, especially over the fluffy white basmati rice.
Overall
The food, service, and setting all combined to make this a fantastic dining experience. After an active day outdoors, Arches Thai was a perfect spot to relax, refuel, and enjoy fresh, flavorful food.
Highly recommended if you’re visiting Moab — a great local find and a memorable part of...
