Brought my whole family here for breakfast and it seems like every time something is very wrong. First time my parents bought milk for themselves and my kid to go with the donuts to find out it was a week expired. Only my dad ended up drinking it and got sick from it, but he was ok. We told the lady and she just said ok and offered my parents a tea instead but left all of the expired milks in the container still for other customers to buy! The second time I brought my kid with me at 9 in the morning. We went inside and they said they had no donuts. I thought we’ll that’s pretty odd but they said to come back an hour later and we did, but when we did and I went up to the register the worker behind it said “I’m taking a break” and left us waiting there even though there was no one else in line, until another worker slowly sauntered up to take our order (on her own time…) but ok. I get it. Fast foods hard. Today I drive up to the drive through to get donuts for my kid. His favorite are chocolate with sprinkles. They told me they didn’t make chocolate sprinkle donuts 🤣 I said that’s alright and we headed over to Krispy Kreme. There definitely needs to be some retraining going on at this location or something. I’m not one to complain or write reviews but after three times I think I’ll pass...
Read moreFood is great, service staff is making an amazing effort…that effort is wasted in trying to appease a horrible management staff. I travel to Mobile up to 4 times each month for work and I stop by here for my morning breakfast and coffee just about every time. Each and every time, I have been asked to “pull forward and park and we will bring out your food.” One staff member let slip that this is because “my boss wants those drive thru times to be low.” Well, unfortunately for Dunkin, I am not a Dunkin employee and it is not my responsibility to lower service times. It is the responsibility of the staff-and that of management to use time wisely instead of fudging the numbers. If I was a Dunkin employee, I would enact the same method I learned at my first job at a fast food restaurant: every drive thru worker is wearing a headset so they can hear the order and begin making it the second the customer states it is their desire. Remove the step of telling the customer to pull forward and operate off of TRUE customer wait times. Fudging the numbers doesn’t help anyone but...
Read moreEverytime I come to this location its so unorganized. I can stand at the front counter n takes forever for someone to acknowledge that im even there. Everyone is always worried abt drive thru. But u do have other customers that aren't lazy n actually come into the store. Today I had 4, yes 4 employee's look at me n didn't even say a word. That is just poor customer service. Managers you should be ashamed of yourselves for letting these shenanigans take place. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. I just didn't say anything before thinking it was just an off day. But when I have come back a few times later and the same thing keeps happening its a problem. I used to love coming to this location but now I'm not happy abt it at all. I can't understand talking and having fun when not busy but when u have customers, you need to take...
