I called to speak with a manager about my order on yesterday and the young woman who answered said her name was Kayla and that she was the manager but no resolution was reached. I attempted to resolve the issue today because I figured she wasn’t being honest about being the manager. Well, I was told today that there was nothing that could be done because that was yesterday and they have no manager named Kayla, but this is why I called back. I also have my receipt of what I paid for. It may not mean anything to the manager and employees at Moe’s on McGregor Ave but I will not be patronizing their establishment again. Read more(This is what my mom wrote on facebook) I went to Moe’s on Airport at McGregor, purchased two bowls and paid $23.00. When I got home with the food, I found out that the seasoned rice was raw, and crunchy. The steak on my husband’s plate was hard and not palatable. I called to voice my opinion, the manager ask me, what do you want me to do about it? I was thrown off of my game and I said,”I just called to complain.” The next day I took the food back to the store. The on duty manager told me they were not going to give me a refund because that's the way they cook their rice. That they changed their steak and she didn't know why it was hard.
