Our first time/last going to this location @ Mobile Al and all I can say is I wish we did not go!!! this place really dilutes and give this brand a bad name. And this is coming from a person that loves Canes alot! Ok im a big fan. I'm super obsessed with Canes (lol). So "boom" Here goes the really unnecessary extremely loud music. Ok note that I have been to many Canes before I camed to this location. So I know and get what the atmosphere is suppose to give and all. But really? THE MUSIC IS WAY TO LOUD!! We ordered our meals The Box, & Canac dinners. We walk over to there nasty 🤢 tables & yes every last table was disgusting and It was not even busy . Like what are you doing Canes Of Mobile? Our meal was Awful !! The fries were soggy and old on every combo meal. Oh my goodness the chicken fingers made we won't to cry(not crispy). Awww man I'm sorry but that was top tier for me. I will never ever walk in that location ever again!!!!!! There is some locations probably you could give a second chance to. Iike maybe this was just a bad hour ,or day for this store. However, I lost on that. I will charge it to the game and never go back to that...

Absolutely ridiculous. My firm had placed a $200 order at Raising Cane's and was missing 2 meals out of 19. I made the trip back there and showed proof of receipt and payment and highlighted the 2 that were missing. They gave me my 2 orders and I made sure they knew I appreciated their service as it was a very big order. Came back to my office and one of my co-workers let me know that they didn't receive their order either. I sent one of our assistants (with the receipt) and he was turned away with one of the workers saying "There was already someone here with a paper, we don't give away free food." I was taken ABACK. The assistant we sent called me and explained the situation and the phone was given to a manager at my office and asked the assistant if the phone could be given to the manager at Raising Cane's. The "manager" REFUSED to speak to us and our assistant was forced to pay with his own money even though we had ALREADY PAID. This was absolutely DISGRACEFUL service. Yes, it was an unusual circumstance, but it is not the worker's place to assume the customer has bad...

The service is absolutely fantastic! I had a rough day at work today, so I went to Raising Cain’s in Mobile after work for a pick me up. I have a dairy allergy so I have to order my chicken naked. I know perfectly well that it takes some time to make my order correctly and I don’t mind the wait. The waitress asked if I had received my order 2 minutes of waiting and I politely told her no and she went straight into checking for it in the back. I had another waitress come up to me a few minutes later apologizing for the wait, in which I said it’s fine. I’m in no hurry. I got my order a few minutes after that, waiting maybe about 8 minutes total for my meal (which to me is awesome). It was exactly what I ordered and delicious as usual. Another waitress came out giving me a free box combo card for my next visit. My rough day is diminished from the happy, friendly, caring service over at Raising Cain’s. I absolutely impressed and satisfied with my care. Will be coming back very soon! Continue...

In 2014 I was dining with the Architect of FSU'S Dynasty in the 90s at Foosackly's. I told him Foosackly's had the best chicken around. He politely disagreed and s Raising Cane's had em beat. I doubted him on this but once I tried RC's Chicken I realized he was right. Since then they've received a ton of business from me. After previous Manager Trevor left the chicken wasn't cooked to perfection as it was when he was in charge. However eating there last week it was as good as ever. Also love their sweet tea and overall atmosphere. Also there can be over 15 cars in drive through and you'll have your food before you would at other places with 2 cars in line. One of my favorite places to dine!

I wasn’t planning on reviewing this place because I’ve been to a ton of Canes but I had to share what an amazing experience we had here! We were traveling from Florida and my nephew got sick while eating (unrelated to the food but delayed car sickness) he threw up on his food so we had to throw it away and he went to the bathroom to throw up more. The manager went above and beyond for us, giving my nephew a water bottle and a new kids meal. He was so kind and came up to us making sure it wasn’t his food that caused it and without asking made a whole new kids meal for us to take to-go. I wish I got his name but we were very touched by his kindness. We love Canes but this makes us love it more!

I had high expectations of going to eat at this place, my kids wanted to try it because it is a viral place on social media, we drove from Pensacola Florida to Mobile, Alabama. What I loved was the bread it was so soft and delicious and their coleslaw, the chicken was not as amazing as advertised on social media but it was good. The price and the portions were good. Loved the dressing. I hope they put more effort into cleaning their restrooms.
