Ordered food on Thanksgiving on the app. The store was closed however the open sign was open and the info on google stated the store was open. We. Ordered and went to pick up food. The open sign was lit up as we pulled in but the restaraunt was empty. Obviously, despite the app, hoogle, and store front stated they were open, they were not. Now the app took the money but I didnt get the food. Three weeks later I still have no conclusion! No food and my money was taken by Burger King app. The manager refuses to issue me a refund, give me the meals, or even contact me. The gentleman who I spoke to that works at BK said emphatically the manager does not care to speak with me even though I have proof that I ordered and paid for food at a time they would usually be open but were not. How does a business do this to customer? What would it cost to reimburse me food that was paid for? Ik for sure Jack in the Box and Mcd would honor a mistake their restaurant made. Surely the manager can just authorize a refund. Hopefully, with this negative review, I can get the manager to respond to me. The manager says the app has to resolve it. What is it for a major fast food restaurant to give someone 4 meals that was legitimately paid for. Maybe a district manager or owner will see this and do whats right. Read more10pm drive thru experience. One star ratings seem get tucked away in the back of our reviews, so you get a "2" that you did NOT deserve. Employee said we are out of the large hamburger patties. Then corrected to we have one patty left. Very Odd, and had me thinking, where did you find it, in the back of the broiler. I would have backed up but I was blocked by cars. I ordered a #1 w/ onion rings and a Dr Pepper. $14 dollars. He handed me what I thought was a water cup and I said, I did not order a water. Turned out it was my 4 inch cup of soda. All I could do was laugh!! Grabbed an onion ring on the way home and couldn't understand what I was eating. A mouthful of awful Blahhh. Got home and there were not any onions inside the onion rings. See photo. Somebody forget to put them in or they were cooked and under a heat lamp so long they dried up? I really dont know. Read moreI never ever post reviews but I am today. I would say the service at least in the drive thru is fair. Do they ever have what I order noooooooooo! I go there often, well I did. I would say 1 out of 5 times I go there they actually have what I order available. 90% of the time no matter what I order they say they're out of. One time I went there in the morning for a waffle sandwich and they were out, and that was early morning right after they opened. That evening I went there to get the cheezy bites and they were out, so I asked to get tacos and they were out. The majority of the time they are out of something. Which brings me up to the day of this posting, went there today to order something and they were out! Lmao, never again. You would think with that particular location being a fairly new opening that they would try a little harder to please customers or at least have the food that they sell in stock.
