McDonald's — Restaurant in Modesto

The food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant was on par for McDonald's standards. I rated the service 1 star due to the female employee working the drive-through's power trip and pettiness on their 'policies'. I picked up my daughter and 3 of her friends from a high school football game then they wanted to get McDonald's before dropping them off at their homes. Two of them and I placed our orders through the McDonald's app, which is a total of (3) orders. Upon pulling up to the drive-through speaker; I let the gal know we have (3) mobile app orders. She then informs me they only allow (2) orders per vehicle. Which I get, and it's understandable... BUT only if the orders weren't already submitted through their app and depending on how busy they are at that moment. We were the ONLY vehicle in the drive-through at this moment and I even asked the lady assisting us if we seriously have to drive around to come right back through the drive-through a 2nd time. She replied, confirming that we do need to drive around a 2nd time to pick up our last order. I feel this was very poor customer service and lack of common sense of her part being they already had the 3rd order in their que and I was the only vehicle there.... but Hey, McDonald's has a 'Now Hiring' sign in their window that says their pay is starting at $20/ hr. I'd like to think Customers should expect a higher level of service with their employees being compensated that well and with McDonald's recent price increases (Almost $5 for an order of large...

Everytime I go to this store I have something wrong. My daughter and I went through the drive thru for lunch. Simple order, two large unsweetened ice tea’s with extra ice. Two small burgers, one without cheese, both with pickles, onions and sauce. These were a meal #7 with a upgraded drink and make the fries into a large. Our first red flag should have been when the cashier asked us if we had a Dr Pepper and we said no. We open up our sack the burgers were wrong, the tea’s had no ice and the large fries were half full. I went in and made them fix it all. Sat in my car opened up the burgers, wrong again, went back in made the make a new burger , sat in my car opened up the new burger, wrong again, took it back again, wrong again but my daughter told me she was going to eat it anyway. How in the hell do you get an order that wrong that many times??? The manager never once said here take some pies or something for all your trouble. Never go to McHenry McDonalds. The manager is not a manager, she needs to be serving...

It was good service, affordable. We had breakfast here, my son and I split a "big breakfast with hot pancakes" and we got orange juice that was more than enough food for both of us, I'm vegetarian, and he isn't. It was great to find things on the menu that I could eat. We ate inside the building it was not too loud or too quiet, it was nice. Only thing the bathroom is locked so you have to ask them to open it. Bathroom was clean, the bathroom dryer is air controlled so it's time consuming. Also it is automatic so it shuts off if you don't move your hands. They had soap in the bathroom so that is always nice when the dispenser is not empty. Looked very clean, inside and out. Would be nice if they didn't lock the bathroom that's why I'm giving 4 stars otherwise I would give 5. Great place though been there 2 times. The...
