Today I came up to pick up my food from my mobile order and my coworker food from her mobile order. The mobile order number did not match the order numbers, but it had our name. I provided our name I was able to get my order. The manager, Emmanuel( Manuel) Started yelling at me that I couldn’t pick up my coworkers order even though I had the screenshot of the order and that it was paid for because her phone wasn’t close enough to the building and I said well I’m picking it up for her cause we work together to save a trip, He kept talking over me while I was trying to explain this and waving his hands in my face and so I told him don’t talk over me. I’m trying to explain to you and he said OK then and walked off. Some other person who works there eventually brought me the order up Because guess what I can pick it up, even though I was told by management that I couldn’t. I even had to call my coworker and have her call the store For me to pick up the order that I have the name for. Manual was so rude to me and so unhelpful as a member of management. Clearly lacks the ability to have a civil conversation without interrupting and shouting at the customer, I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or what but I work in management and you don’t talk to people like that....
Read moreI went to get a simple mocha Frappuccino, but it turned out for the order to be rather difficult for the workers to understand. There is a new limited time Frappuccino listed on the menu and I asked what were the ingredients in the drink. They kept saying hello, hello as if they couldn’t hear me. After a while of me, repeating my question what’s in the ingredients of the new Frappuccino? He kept saying medium. Or hello. I’ve seen on the order screen my large mocha Frappuccino, so I continue to drive up to the pay at the window. To approach the man saying that they don’t make mocha Frappuccino only caramel mocha Frappuccino. I asked why did he ring me up for a mocha Frappuccino then if you couldn’t make that simple request. Then he looked at me and just kept saying no. no. no.no. No. He had a serious attitude problem with me and I didn’t understand why he couldn’t make the simple mocha, but he would rather make a caramel mocha Frappuccino instead . And it turns out that the whole staff didn’t understand English. I tried to talk to a different staff member who would understand English, but there is no one. Read moreI have never been treated so bad. Went to this McDonald’s after visiting the zoo with my grandsons and went to the drive up. When they asked for my order I said first I’m having trouble bringing up the code from their app as typically the first thing they ask is will you be using our mobile app today. Well the person taking the order says oh too bad your apps not working boohoo. Seriously. He just kept making fun about the app not working. No sorry for the inconvenience, just sarcasm. Needless to say I did not order. I did Drive back around and went inside to ask for the manager and after he initially ignored me he asked to take my order and I said I would like to talk with the manager and he said he was the manager but then seemed to pretend all of as sudden to not under stand much English so well. I asked the employee who was handing out food at the drive thru if this guy who apparently mocked me at the drive through was truly the manager he just looked at me and indicated yeah. Well if this is how they treat folks I would warn folks away from this store. Very sad to see a McDonalds that one had to drive a mile and a half off the highway for not worth it! Only giving it stars so it will publish really need a minus 5 stars...
