Burger King — Restaurant in Monroe

This is a great place to go I’d say in the day time even used to work here but Not to sure what was going on last night around 10pm when I went thru line ordered my original chicken sandwich and whatever my friend had gotten we got it completely hard all sides of the chicken were burnt and if u were to cut it open u could see there was a hole right thru the center of the chicken with extra soggy lettuce and 2 tomato’s which if I recall original chicken doesn’t come with tomato unless u ask, we weren’t trying to complain much because this is where we always go so I had taken a few bites and now sitting sick as I would not like to be with food poisoning now I understand they could’ve been closing soon buttttt that didn’t not fulfill my visit should always make the food fresh and want to know how to fulfill ur costumers not shame the door...

I have never been so frustrated as when I go through this drive-thru. They literally take forever to take your order and then when you get to the window to pay, it takes even longer. Their customer service level is horrible and most of the staff are plain rude. I can't imagine how slow they would be if they also had the dining room to deal with. I love Burger King, but this location needs some work. They are only operating the drive-thru so why can't they have the 1st window open to take payment and the second one for receiving the order. Ive been meaning to write this review for a long time. I've lived in monroe for over 3 years and BK has been the best fast food option the entire time. The prices are great, the service and food quality is even better! In all my years this is the most dependable fast food joint I have ever frequented. I think maybe one time out of dozens and dozens of trips they messed up something small once. If you want fast food in Monroe this is the place to go. Culver's, DQ, and taco bell are pretty good too.
