Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Monroe

I've been going to this pizza hut going on 8 years, used to be plenty of decent services, after my last visit, it is my last visit here. Went in for a pickup order and the whole restaurant seemed to be in complete disarray. Sure it was a Friday at dinner rush, but the staff was unwelcoming and distant, I watched patrons come and go before even being acknowledged just trying to get a table. I was among well over a dozen people in for a pickup order. I had placed my order online, it gave me a 10 to 20 min time, I came in after 20 because I knew it was going to be the typical busy night, probably stood in store ten minutes before being helped, paid for my order and then, 45 min later, I has to inquire what was going on with my food, the cashier pulled my items out of the warmers, which tells me it had been sitting already for some time, I opted for a refund as I was already frustrated by the wait time, wasnt about to grab food that could have been sitting for unknown period of time. I got a not so speedy refund after the manager came by, completely unapologetic about everything, nor even attempted to do anything beyond handing me back my money and a soft "sorry".

Long story short, save yourself time and get pizza at one of the other local restaurants. The food and service will be better. I...

If I could give zero stars I would! We ordered two pizzas, an order of wings and an order of breadsticks tonight at 4:30pm for delivery. At roughly 5:10pm our order got delivered only to be missing the breadsticks and our one pizza was so burnt we couldn't eat it. I called and was told it would be remade and sent out. 10 minutes later the driver shows up with just the COLD breadsticks, no pizza and no dipping sauce. I wait thinking the pizza and fresh breadsticks would still be on the way. At 6:15 when still no pizza or breadsticks, I call. I'm told there was a mix up and were never put in for a remake! It is now almost 2 hours after I originally ordered and I still don't have half my order. I'm told a credit will be put on my account and the would be put in right away and set as priority. Should be there in 25 minutes they told me. Now, an hour later, still nothing! I'm heading down there in person to see what the hell is up! We will never order...

Word of advice for future reference...Pizza Hut in Monroe, WI is a terrible idea for Valentine's Day. Any other time, they're amazing. Usually have great service, friendly staff, and timely food service. But they were in WAY over their heads for Valentine's Day. It reached the point where they completely stopped the buffet around 6:30pm. People said they had been waiting over an hour and a half for carry out orders. Patrons were walking out without ever receiving their food due to the long wait times in the dining area. All orders for the dining area were neglected just to push out the delivery orders before anything else.

If I based this review just on Valentine's Day, they would get no stars, or just one star. But because of their service any other day of the year, I'm still giving...
