This is the worst fast-food restaurant in Monroe, and one of the worst I've ever been to. I know they can make the food right, but they are so inconsistent and have gotten much worse recently. After a string of bad orders that included stale bread products, undercooked eggs and "frosted" donuts without any frosting, my order this morning was the last straw. My cold brew with sweet foam was just iced brown water (no coffee flavor whatsoever) with very little foam. My bacon wakeup wrap was literally a ball of grease smashed into the bottom of the paper bag it came in. Disgusting and not at all worth the money I paid, let alone the time I spent waiting on a weekday morning.
I don't know how this place is still in business after this long, but I hope it's soon replaced by a Starbucks. Until then, I'll be happy to go to McDonald's for fast food breakfast. They may not have as many interesting options, but they make their food right and it's consistently good. No use having a bunch of things on your menu when...
Read moreI’ve had two disappointing experiences at this location that have really turned me off from coming back. The first was when I was dining there with my two kids, and the staff was talking loudly and swearing around us. I didn’t speak up at the time, which I now regret. The second incident occurred when I ordered five breakfast sandwiches, and four of them were missing bacon. When I called to address it, the manager was dismissive and insisted I hadn’t ordered bacon, despite the receipt clearly showing it. She offered to remake the sandwiches, but by then, I was already at home. When I mentioned my concern about the swearing, she blamed me for not speaking up in the moment and ended the call with a curt "have a nice day." Her response was rude, and she completely dismissed my concerns without any effort to resolve the issue or show basic customer...
Read moreMy coffee was decent. Although, I have a huge problem with the fact that the staff laughed at me when I asked if they had a recycling bin I could throw my empty water bottle in. When I asked, the cashier replied, “there is one out back by the dumpster but I don’t think you can get to it.You should just throw that in the garbage.” After I got that response and decided to leave, the cashier and the woman she was helping began to laugh at me. I was under the impression EVERY PLACE had to have a recycling bin available for use. Pretty sure it’s a law? Whatever the case, it was rude for the cashier to laugh at me the way she did, for the reason she did, and it seems unprofessional to not have a recycling bin anywhere inside your place of business. It is unprofessional to ridicule customers for doing their duty to the world and recycling like we are...
