The prices are very comparable to the other tavo trucks around Monroe. I go to 2 different taco places. Truly depends on the direction I am heading. I had taken a Lil helper with me this day. He had done some lawn work for me so I payed him and took him here. He ordered lengua tacos and horchata, I ordered asada tacos and a soda. We had started to eat and I stopped to take these pictures really quick. I tried lengua for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. At first I was like hello no haha. But I like first's. Try something for the first time. The seating is covered and also has umbrella covered outside seating. They do get busy around lunch time. But the wait doesn't ever seem like a long time. Very pleasant and quick with orders. As well clean establishment overall. Kid friendly...
Read moreThis is a highly rated taco truck in my area and because of that I stopped in and ordered a torta Cubana, I believe it is the most expensive item on the menu at $11. I could not have been more disappointed. A Torta Cubana does vary from place to place and this is not the first time I have ordered one from Pihuamo. This time I couldn't have been more disappointed!! The recipe usually has pulled pork, ham, cheese, pickles, mustard....but never HOT DOGS!! It had lots of hot dogs, very little pulled pork, no cheese, no ham, no pickles, no mustard....not even close!! Sorry, but there are other trucks around...I'll be taking my bossiness...

The tortillas were hot, the meat was tender and tasty, and the cilantro and onions were just right. The food is served from a truck, but there’s an overhang to protect from the rain, and a covered area with tables and benches. Everything looked clean and well cared for. The cashier is friendly whether you speak English or Spanish. Food came out quickly. This spot earns a place on my list of food stops to which I’ll...
