2nd visit and now my last. What changed!? The first time was great! I'm not picky about food, but that was awful. 85 bucks for 2 people. I could have eaten at the Roe! Granted, yes, I got two Martinis, but seriously!?

One... ask if I'm OK with blue cheese olives. I'M NOT. I HAVE A DAIRY ALLERGY! (And no, I didn't eat them! I removed immediately and took benadryl after.)

SECOND, a good portion of my son's wings were undercooked! He thought they tasted strange and finally had a look. He took them to go where they cook be microwaved, but honestly, just the threw them away.

Third, if you order wings, bring ranch or blue cheese(not for me obviously) Ask. The waiter did get sauce when we requested.

Fourth, the sides are expensive and not included with wings. The first visit it was a basket and enough for 2 or 3 people. This time, there was barely any. My son's fries were good and a good amount(not like the first visits, but still OK), but the sweet potato fries were terrible. Barely a handful. It's not like the first visit. They were tots with apple butter sauce. It's not what I got this time... I got a handful of expensive sweet potato fries with no sauce and no flavor. When I asked about the sauce, I was told it was frozen. Albeit the waiter food say he would unfreeze.....

A note for service. Nice guy. Was accommodating. One napkin each(they came with the silverware) for a table of people eating wings? I shouldn't have to ask for napkins.. No water was offered for when my food arrived. The dirty martinis were very dirty, and water would have been nice.

Then to bring me the bill on a handheld machine where I can't review the charges!? Hello. That's not a great practice! Then.... I am pressured to leave a tip in front of you?! I left 20% because I get things can happen, but don't put customers in that position. I left quietly but upset.

I was told I'd get a text when paying my bill. Did I provide my number before? FYI, I didn't get a text, email, or receipt. I do save and archive all my charges, like many do... Never saw what I was or was not charged for. That's terrible, and yes, I'm watching my banking now.

I review businesses when I visit. See mine on my GOOGLE profile. (not my Facebook profile....) They are fair and usually positive. Yours is a bad review. Fix broken practices, and maybe I'll write a different review if I ever return. A BIG IF.

We left feeling like we were going to have food poisoning and wasted our Friday night, There are a lot of great places to choose from in Monroe. Sorry, but that's the truth. Shame, too. If I had your business, I'd want to have a shining experience. Do better. I truly hope you do.

Also, cool concept with virtual sports, but maybe play sports on the screens if they are all empty. Maybe that's not possible, but it would be cool to do if the bays are all empty, ...

We went on a Thursday. Although it was pretty busy & the food come out in time- there was only one waitress. So lots of people looking around waiting to be noticed. My chicken fingers had green strips & pieces through out- it was remade for me & come back with the same green strips. To which I have not the slightest clue what that could be & still feeling nauseous about. I decided not to made a big deal or order anything else because I was with my husband and son. So I eat my French fries & waited for it to be our turn on the sim. It was $35 an hour which would be reasonable if we had actually got to play for that amount of time due to the lack of staff unfortunately we only got to play about 25 minutes total- and when we did get help to change a game or order a drink, we were pulling the bartender away from hanging with his friends at another sim booth. - when it came time for the check- we did not get to look at our ticket- we were just told that it would be $140 & not to add an extra tip because he had added that gratuity himself already although he wasn’t our original server. I have been 2 time before & really liked it but the people I brought with me had never been & honestly I was very embarrassed that I had said such good things & then we had such a mediocre experience in what should have been a fun night completely worth the price. Unfortunately I will not likely be returning for quite some time -if ever. However if you are lucky enough to be a friend of the bartender or staff this might be the perfect experience...

EVERYTHING was quality. Actually should have rushed to do the review. Although there was a bit of grease at the bottom of the paper from the pickled fries, nothing eaten seemed thrown together. They were good and eaten with ranch dressing. The house fries (homemade) were well seasoned, not over seasoned. Used some of the special sauce and ranch to eat them although fine as is. The chicken philly was flavorful and the chicken was not tight. Some of the Philly was eaten with the patty melt's special sauce. The patty melt was argumentably the best patty melt eaten from a restaurant in the last years. Even the broccoli didn't taste bland as presumed. The service was great. The atmosphere was nice. You can play games. What's neat is that it's on a screen. Sure it makes a great hangout spot at night. Went during lunchtime, so it was a low noise level. Overall, the price definitely fits the quality, which is hard to get. Only good things to say about the...
