I am completely baffled. In a day and age where dining patrons have a plethora of choices coupled with a culture that is hanging on a thread economically and people like this establishment show no value to guest. At least not to guest of my persuasion. I was in town for the first time in a few months. The last time I was there I thought the food was good thus I returned. The dry erase board that they usually have a menu on this totally blank. There was no menu. I asked if they have one and the guy to explain to me that they were in the process of switching to a new menu. Fine. When he handed me the paper menu I was completely lost because there were no. I asked him where the prices were and he had a registered look of surprise on his face but he thought he played it off well. He said oh it's always been like that. I said you mean to tell me intelligent people in Monroe simply order mysteriously. I said the people in this town are more credible than you are giving them. You told me nobody had ever complained. I said it's not a complaint it's an observation and I am not going to order blindly. I have to speak to manager. At the very moment he looked at another guest behind me and said may I help you to which I said you are not going to ignore me. I asked to speak to a manager. A woman approached me who was actually very pleasant. There were several people that became involved in this and I am talking about the short manager who I thank for her honesty because she did not know the menus have been printed without prices. And had not been like this all Summer according to the gentleman at the counter who was also supposedly one of the managers. I informed her I decided not to stay in spite of the fact that she was pleasant because I am not going to order for a menu when I'm not sure what I am paying for. I had wanted a pizza and a salad and a dessert and I have no idea if it would be $20 or $40. The main reason I cannot support this place is because that man I'm boldly lied to me yet there is even a stronger reason why I will not support this place. As I was talking to it wasn't woman another woman approached. She literally snatched the menu out of the other manager's hand and told her to get back to the oven and then she took that menu and threw it into the trash. The fact that she just started that menu and everything that has happened was indicative that this was a mistake in their printing that they were not aware of. When she threw it into the trash she looked at me and said are you going to order or not? I said that woman you just treated like that deserves better and she told me to get out. I asked for her name and she would not give it. I want the people of Monroe to know that you old deserve better. You may choose to enjoy their good food but you deserve courteous respect of the dignity that you were all born with and since she would not tell me her name and continued to ignore me I am now posting a picture. People need to know. As my landlord told me last week the minute anybody sees me they know I'm gay. I'm not going to play that card here. But one does have to wonde I'm also an Old Man very out of shape. I bring this up because I feel the need to tell my gay brothers and sisters do not patronize this place. I have reflected on this and I do believe there is an element of homophobia. Oh I simply did was saved I am not going to order from a menu unless I know the prices. And it escalated to this. I feel bad for the short little manager. She was...
Read moreI used to love Tiffany’s pizza, but the past 4 times I’ve ordered from them, my pizza was so raw I was unable to eat it. Everytime I call to let them know, they’re super kind and apologize and they replace it, but the replacements are always raw as well. Lastnight I ordered before close, and I picked up my pizza, brought it home and was unable to eat it because it was raw yet again. I called them and they told me to bring the raw pizza back today and so I did and they remade it for me. After remaking it for me they examined the raw pizza I had brought back and told me that “it’s definitely cooked” … if it was cooked I would’ve been able to eat my pizza Lastnight. I know the difference between a raw pizza and a cooked pizza. I love Tiffany’s, but sad to say I will not be ordering from them anymore. It really is a bummer. I brought my replacement pizza home today so I could enjoy what I paid for and yet again, it was raw. There must be a problem with their ovens. Please make sure that if you order from them your pizza is cooked!! I think that the pizzas are so drenched with sauce most of the time that the oven doesn’t reach that layer. They’re always apologetic and willing to replace the pizza however the same thing...
Read moreWe have had this location deliver to our home, and the delivery driver is always kind. The only problem that we have, and it’s a Big one, is our food, and that’s the subject of every restaurant. Every time we have gotten our food, these are the issues : we are missing a topping, no crust flavor, and the worst one yet is finding hair in between the sauce and cheese. Once we found a knotted glob of hair, and it was green-THE most disgusting thing ever. They remade our food and delivered it, and I refused to eat it, because the same people made it, and the thought. So now we make the 15 minute drive EVERY time to go to the Monroe street in Monroe. Also, it’s kind of gross that it’s next to a gas station in the same mall, tbh. Location is everything, so is cleanliness. Go to any other location, this one has gave us 6 bad experiences, one after another. I also heard the management isn’t great at this location, so that figures why our food is always a concern with an issue. Get your pizza in 15 minute’s instead of 30. Go...
